The first impression from the hotel startung Operator it was very bad, I called the hotel and someone pickup the phone without greetings, and i ask the person , why u did not greet the guest? N he said im work in Sales n marketing and he did not expect if the phone was transfer to him , but hes very kimd he accomodate my book goes smothly. Im stay at room 812 on 9/02/23 Until 10/02/23, I came from dubai after view hours jouney, I arrived with the Receptionist Guy was did good Job , Hes very accommodating my booking. The same day i meet Yasir from the bellboy i give him order to send me slipper and iron around night time , but until the next morning no one come and send as per my request. Which is Yasir already mentioned and give mesages to their collage as per my request, but no one bring my request until next morning after i call reception. The Next day i come a long at Reception around 9 past inthe morning, or u can check in the CCTV , i came and ask To the 2 girls was standing in Reception, to request clean the Room because i will going to embassy , after aroind 1.30 ( u can checking from CCTV ) i enter the room, i was shock when i open the door my room was uncleaning yet, I call and ask receptionist they said , the girl she dont know , she just came or what ever , n she said they will clean the room No worries , as per her, But my mood is already bad. After i heard someone outside door n I checked theres a Houskeping guy in the outside the guy name Dhusan( Srilanka ) guy hes the one responsible the floor he said he did not get any information from the Receptionist, as per him he just get inform only the room 812 ( extended ) but reception did not mention for cleaning the Room , but luckily DHUSAN did very good Job because my bad mood swing to good mood after he come and do the quick respon and resolve my Problems,
