Excellent stay again, the renovations are excellent the lounge area and dining room are top class. All the staff were very polite and excellent service in the bar and restaurant. Sitting in the bar overlooking the bay is just unbelievable. Can't wait to return.

Had drinks and supper here last night , it was excellent as always and the weather was glorious for some drinks out on the terrace before supper. Stayed and dined here many times and it is always packed, so says it all about the venue. highly recommended.

My husband and I have stayed at the hotel several times over the years. This time we booked a room with a sea view which was definitely worth the extra cost. Room was very comfortable with an immaculate bathroom that included a bath and a large shower. Breakfast was plentiful in choice and very plentiful in quantity. Staff were very pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They all came over as being very happy as they went about their work. This was a pleasure to observe. The hotel has an intimate and friendly feel about it from the time you go through the door to check in until the time you check out - knowing in your heart that you will want to return.

This was our final night after completing the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. It's a pretty swanky and popular place. We had a nice farewell dinner and final breakfast here. It was all well done. Sadly, given the views others had, my room had a parking lot view.

Lovely Hotel, stunning views over estuary. The hotel is (mature) but is maintained to quite high standards, but cannot disguise the underlying age. That said, the Hotel, staff & food absolutely excel. We had a room overlooking the estuary, breezy and brilliant and the same time. All the rooms were beautifully warm and nicely decorated, to a standard not a price. Full bath and separate shower, comfortable bed with plenty of scatter cushions should they be required. Dinner in the Flat Rock Bistro was superb, fantastic quality ingredients, particularly well cooked, nicely filling and pleasing. Breakfast table has a marker, with your room number wishing you a good morning, a very nice touch! Quality of food for breakfast was remarkable and a wide choice, better than most cruise ships!

What a simply stunningly beautiful hotel this is and located with exceptional views. Having read the reviews, I was adamant to make sure I stayed here, and we were not disappointed at all. From the welcome, right thru to the departure the staff were friendly and made sure we were always looked after. The restaurant was simply extraordinary (we had a nice table in the window), the food was perfect and the beers and wine just superb. After dinner we spent the evening out on the bar balcony and met some wonderful co-travelers. Our room was quiet, warm and comfortable, on a corner with excellent views. Travelling as father & daughter we had a room with two single beds both of which were very comfortable. I really could not fault this hotel, its staff or its facilities.
