I booked direct with the hotel for 4 nights in which payment for the full amount was taken at check in, my 1st room the bed was atrocious, I changed rooms which looked slightly better until I was bitten several times in the night, I checked out next day unfortunately the staff couldn’t do anything and after numerous emails and phone calls a refund for the outstanding 3 nights I paid for but didn’t stay due to uncleanliness hasn’t be refunded. All I get is the manager is not here he’s on holiday perhaps try again tomorrow, just be aware I’m seriously out of pocket as I had to book accommodation elsewhere as working in the area. In my opinion it’s a flea pit and should be avoided
