I loved that it was a walking distance from the airport and there’s a bus stop in front. The place was very clean and the staff very lovely. The food was good. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Stayed here to be close to my friends, who live north of the airport, and to the office, which is in Dyce. Comfortable bed. Easy to park, costs £10 per night. Wifi wasn't great, ended up using a mobile hotspot. You have to tell the front desk if you want housekeeping, which was fine for me.

Decent enough hotel with the things you probably need. WIFI you have to pay extra to get, which I guess is fine. Wish I could open the windows. Restaurant great food, also breakfast good. Parking outside cost some money, that's fine too, didn't have a car.

We have stayed in the Dyce Premier inn many times visiting family and have no complaints. Unfortunately on returning this time the private company running the carpark want £10 a day for parking up from £7 a day. We did not pay this. We parked at the Dyce farm eatery just round the corner from the hotel. Due to the carpark situation we may now not stay at this hotel again, this is unfortunate as the hotel can't control the parking situation.

The Hotel was lovely. Food excellent and the staff too. Only reason I dropped a star was the heating in the room. Couldn’t get it below 20° and it was far too hot and stuffy. Woke with heavy head and blocked nose. Beds were really comfy and the room was spotless

Receptionist. Rather than a warm welcome. We had 'were you aware you booked a family room' just because she saw just me. I wasn't aware all the family needs to be present at check-in. Also I was unaware as t&Cs difficult to understand 3 children not allowed in family room. She implied 'I tried to get away with it' and when I refused to purchase an additional room that night as we were tired from the travel she said you can do it tomorrow and 'she will be there to check we don't get away with it'. Children and wife unhappy that we were going to be evicted from room or separated so we later tried to cancel. The other blonde Receptionist apparently was the manager.. not sure how as was harsh and made our visit not a rest easy. Thankfully another kinder less harse Receptionist called Elliska dealt with us an gave options

Brilliant hotel right next to the airport. Fast 727 bus service to town and back (30 minutes). Staff were caring, kind and treated me with respect. Well done to them. Hopefully will drop some flowers off for them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and very quiet A reasonably good selection on the menu, but could have been a better selection. I would stay here again.

On arrival I was informed by a smiling receptionist that I’d have to go back outside and pay for parking. This was more than 10% of the price of the room. When I got out the lift the corridor smelled foisty like sweaty bodies and it was worse in the room. Won’t use the hotel again
