The most organized check-in I've ever had! The staff was phenomenal, helpful, and friendly. Hotel was VERY clean. Staff seemed very happy.

Room needed a deep clean, there were crusty stains all over carpet and everything needed to be wiped down

We appreciated the quiet of the hotel and the convenience to both Southern Pines and Pinehurst.

There is a sign posted stating that vehicle and belongings aren't secured by the facility. Thought that property should have security monitoring the area. There are 3 hotels easily accessible and close together that could have a single security officer monitoring the grounds.
