We rented the apartment and one single room. The staff are very friendly. Both place has harbour view. The apartment is not very close to the hotel and there is a 10 minutes walk. But the apartment is very lovely. The only thing is that there are no lifts In either place. Also, the window for the hotel room are very old and has the 2 wood boards instead of the curtains. It is very original, but not really sound proof.

This hotel was ok. Seemed more set up for older people and holiday makers. Helpful staff. Accommodate my need to have an early breakfast, as normal hours not conducive to a work schedule.

One night visit to Harbourmaster A lovely hotel, very well thought out styling with everything you might want in our room. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the food was also very good. Its location on the side of the river is very picturesque, the car park is small but there is public parking nearby.

Mid week treat From the minute we arrived the service was fantastic. We had a delicious afternoon tea and then checked in for the night. Staff attentive could not have done more for us. Lovely that a lot of the staff were bilingual. Our room was large, comfortable and spotless. Harbour view. The breakfast was super tasty, plenty of choice with excellent service. Check out was speedy, friendly and efficient. Never disappoints we will be back. Highly recommend for a special treat.

The staff were really friendly and all Welsh speaking. Because of a major construction project affecting all the harbour area, there wss inevitable disruption but totally outside Harbourmasters' control.
