Very clean and very comfortable bed. If the room has spare blanket for someone to add on. It will be the best. Also, I do not have extraordinary expectation so breakfast is so far acceptable.

Staff argued about prices as booked on ******* and was for 3 but 3 rd person was able to stay at a friend’s place … said they couldn’t alter the price to reflect two people staying in room. Everything else just fine . No refund on credit card either.. so I assume they never called to change anything.. because they got my money

Elevator didnt work, air conditioner/heater was broken and extremely loud we were told theres nothing they could do. My husband went home, my daughter and i stayed with no heat. It was -15 that night. Also the hot tub was working as well The worst stay ever in a hotel to be honest

Arrived at hotel ..was not greeted.waited for awhile... had to go to the man and say hello as he was on the computer..my room was paid for months ago. But he wouldn't let me stay as i didnt have a credit card..i had enough cash to pay for incidentals...but he say no... it cost me 60.00 in cab fees... layover at the airport was 12 hrs... i had to sleep on a bench .. no shower..not impressed at all.. do not book here

We booked a hotel room in the tower but were not told until we signed in that the elevator was out of order and no 2 queen bed rooms were available except in the older motel section…for the same price It was very old and dated plus the old tub had no safety *****s and my wife almost fell

Overall our stay was great! The hotel was clean, the pool area was probably the best ventilated and clean pool area I have seen in a hotel in a while. My only criticisms would be: the front light from the canopy was directed right into our window, so that made for a very bright room in the evenings and overnight and the in-house breakfast only offered hard boiled eggs as an alternative to cold cereal, yogurt or toast. No muffins, pastries or even bananas. Ended up walking to McDonald’s the 3rd morning to switch it up.

It's a good place with excellent accommodation and breakfast. Finding parking later in evening is a bit of an issue. Hard to find a parking spot. Being a bit older finding it not very safe in the Tub. It's very slippery and have to be very careful not to slip. Thanks

Really poor breakfast options, hot tub out order, no towels at pool, shower head flow was so low that I felt cleaner before I went in, I couldn't wait to get to the next hotel to take a shower. Property itself was in a convenient location, lots of restraunts right out your door, and so on... Staff was pleasant :)
