"My room was in the upper floor and went over 2 floors. Very nice. Bed was comfortable u d I have sleeped well. A rich breakfast. The eggs are freshly prepared for order. Friendly, courtesy staff. Meeting rooms as well as in order. The restaurant is well visited, so hotel guests who want to check in during the evening often do not find a parking place or need to find something somewhere. Critical between 18:00 and 21:00"

"The hotel is clean and well located to get into the centre. The staff were mostly friendly. The young Spanish lady working on the desk and serving drinks in the evening wa brilliant. A real asset to the Estilo team! On checking out I found the lady rude. She tried to charge me for items that were included in my stay and was adamant I had to pay in a very abrupt manor. Disappointing to say the least. I persisted and made her check. She finally decided to check the booking and saw that all food/drinks were covered. This really changed my opinion of the hotel."
