Ci siamo trovati molto bene presso l'Hotel Polomax, ottimo per chi desidera un po' di riposo dopo un viaggio in treno (è vicinissimo alla stazione). L'esperienza migliore, però, è stata cenare e fare colazione presso il ristorante "Mumbai Masala", dove la chef Kinjal e il manager Upendu ci hanno deliziato con dei piatti saporiti e abbondanti cucinati perfettamente e un servizio straordinariamente gentile e attento. Consigliatissimo!

Poco profesionales. Realice una reserva con ellos en Enero en su pagina web. Ha principios de Abril han decidido cancelarla unilateralmente, sin darme explicaciones. Compruebo que si tienen disponibilidad pero que han triplicado el precio...Por supuesto que por ese precio veo mucho mejores opciones como el WelcomHeritage Hira Inn y otros más. Muy desagradable su actuacion

Hotel staff Mr. Vishal was very co-operative and food was very good some basic renovation for washroom and bedroom must be done by authorities, over all nice experience here hope good for future and all the best for all staff members 😀😀😀.

**Traces of Human Hair and Insects in Hotel Food** This hotel is a disgrace to the holy city of Prayagraj, and I urge anyone thinking of staying here to reconsider. From the moment we arrived, there was no one to help with our luggage. We had to carry our own bags, and to make matters worse, the lift was out of order due to maintenance. If you have elderly people or a lot of luggage, get ready for a tiring climb to the second or third floor. The hotel does not allow outside food, and the in-house dining is very expensive. To make things worse, they add extra items to your bill and demand payment, saying the bill has already been generated. The food quality is terrible. I found human hair and bugs in the rice dishes. In colored dishes like Biryani and Pulao, it's hard to see, but in plain rice, it's clearly visible. When we asked for a complimentary water bottle, they charged ₹60. The tea served here is worse than what you get at a railway station. The staff is extremely rude and uneducated, behaving more like local goons than hotel employees. The manager claimed to be a practicing lawyer in Allahabad High Court and implied we couldn't complain and that the hotel didn't care about our issues. We booked through Goibibo and, having already paid, felt trapped. The treatment we received was humiliating, especially in front of our children and elderly parents. It was a terrible experience. For your peace of mind, I request everyone reading this to avoid this hotel at all costs. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I deeply regret visiting Prayagraj and wish I had chosen a different place to stay.

Good location, perfect for rail travellers. Comfortable room . Staff was supportive and cooperative & nekpal , jaspreet staff very kind person help us to know about near place or sangam visit help us to book cab from Ashutosh ji, assist and help to darshan hanuman ji very nice person . Food quality was good too with reasonable rates. It is preferable to book in advance as mostly it runs full and spot reservation may not be possible.... So for travel easy ..

Excellent place near High court and clean rooms , very smooth check in process.front desk staffis very cooperative and warm welcome present hospitality ,especially a lady Mangr Jasprit or her all team ,help us , her team provides each & every information about the near explore places or travel desk for family***** we recommend this for hotel for family or girls nd restaurant food was nice service all ok..
