坎貝亞精品青年旅館(Can Beia Hostal Boutique)

Innanzitutto la poca professionalità dell’hotel, a causa di un uragano a Palma di Maiorca non siamo riusciti a raggiungere l’hotel sennò il giorno dopo, abbiamo chiesto per via eccezionale un rimborso anche parziale…. Ma nulla! Arriviamo lì non fanno che chiedere una cauzione per la stanza, e una carta a garanzia per la chiave del parcheggio totale di 50€ ma siamo in un hotel a 5 stelle? Parlando infine della stanza la presenza di pagliarelle di bambù sul soffitto e del tappeto (credo sia quello il materiale) creano un orribile odore, una puzza non indifferente di stantio e polvere! La nota più bella è sul check out alle 11:00 del mattino alle 10:30 la signora delle pulizie già bussava per chiedere di uscire. A mio avviso ci sono hotel migliori nella zona con prezzi simili. Abbiamo cancellato un 4 stelle per 100€ in meno (consigliato da amici) ma a mio avviso non ne è valsa la pena pagare comunque a fino agosto quasi 200€ a notte una stanza maleodorante, con un bagno piccolo senza frigo e prese della corrente vicino al letto (totale ne erano 3 assurdo) e se za alcun tipo di armadio o cassaforte. Sconsiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Es un hostel reformado, muy coqueto. El desayuno es bastante completo y las chicas que trabajan allí son muy amables y atentas. Recomendaria y volvería, es una buena opcion a buen precio en San Antonio.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato al Can Beia a fine Agosto. Il personale si è rivelato sempre disponibile e cordiale. La camera era ben arredata, pulita e curata nei dettagli. Inoltre, a causa di un ritardo con il volo siamo arrivati di notte alle ore 2. La reception era aperta e si sono dimostrati molto gentili nell'accoglierci. Ci hanno anche prestato l'ombrellone per la spiaggia. La posizione dell'hotel e del parcheggio è molto comoda. Consiglio di prenotare il posto auto privato che offre l'albergo soprattutto se avete un mezzo noleggiato (le strade lì non sono il massimo della sicurezza).

Fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable and welcoming! Me and 5 friends stayed and had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Really helpful staff. I am coeliac and needed gluten free items for breakfast in which they were extremely accommodating with lots of options!

I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel and will never be staying here again. The primary reason for this is the rudeness of the manager, and the scamming nature of the facility. I stayed here with my friend, and halfway through our seven night stay we got a knock on our room door at around 4pm after just having woken up from a nap. It was the manager telling us to keep our voices down as there was a sick woman next door. Although we had already been speaking at a borderline whisper due to having not long been awake, we did not complain and continued to oblige. Two days later we got another knock at 1pm to demand we come downstairs, and we’re told our card had been charged €200 for noise related issues. When complaining about this (futile since the money had already been taken by the time we were informed) we were directed rudely to the hotel rules. Talking during the daytime did not violate hotel policy. We were not loud in any other way during our stay, our speaker broke on the first day so we did not even play music for the entire duration we were there, plus we were out most days and nights. The next day we went downstairs on time to check out and I was threatened by the manager and told not to even think about trying to claim my money back from my bank, or leave a bad review. I told him I would do what I pleased and he continued to follow me all the way upstairs and around the pool shouting at me aggressively. I was alone and as a female I felt extremely intimidated by this. I went to get my friend and he continued to threaten me, and tell us he was going to call the police. In addition to this we did not have working plumbing for the entire time we were there. Almost every day our toilet blocked, and our shower overflowed twice and partially flooded our room. The pool was full of bugs and was not swimmable for most of our stay too. We have since read reviews and it seems that the managers behaviour is common and he has threatened people, followed them round the hotel, and harassed them before. We also saw people describe incidents of being locked out of the hotel for days at a time without access to their belongings. Worst experience, will never return here and recommend nobody else does either.

Great hotel, definitely better than a 2 star! Convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. Nice quiet pool, good aircon and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!

The Can Beia Hostal is beautiful such a lovely hotel couldn’t fault it in anyway spotlessly clean beautiful decor and superb breakfast would highly recommend

friendly, cute and modern oase in the party-zone! but qiet! a nice place to stay! and the whole team is NICE! the breakfast is fine and worth it! we were soooo positive surprised, because we expected a cheap and simple place! but only the money-part was „cheap“ - but the whole hostal is a nice HOTEL!

The staff of Can Beia is so friendly, we really enjoyed or stay! Our rooms got cleaned daily and the breakfast is delicious! There is a nice and clean swimmingpool and the room looks really dreamy. Perfect.
