GREAT STAFF! We were not aware of Savannah'a HUGE St Patrick's Day celebration and arrived to a city overflowing...but everyone was very helpful and made it possible for us to extend our stay. Our room was spacious and well appointed but the AC unit was very noisy and so close to the bed that we froze when it ran. The bed was comfy. The bathroom fixtures were "loose" - needed some simple repairs and the elevator floor has some damaged tiles, but we would recommend this hotel.

The property said that my ******* reservation was cancelled and they rebooked me at a significantly higher rate. They somehow charged my credit card for the original ******* reservation twice AND their up charged reservation. Almost $1800 held on my credit card for a dirty noisy 2 star hotel for three nights. And my shower was broken. I never ever leave a bad review, but this was astronomically awful.

Could definitely use some sprucing up. Need Paint Touch ups, Baths need to be recaulked, the soap dispenser needs to be reattached to shower wall. Our air conditioning unit quit working and we had to change rooms. Our Phone didn’t work. Front desk took long to check in because they couldn’t tell if we paid ******* or not so our food was cold that we picked up by the time we made it up to the room to eat after our long drive.

Hotel key didn’t work for the elevators, we were on the 4th floor and had to use stairs only or ask someone to escort us to the elevators and use their key (if anyone was around). They were unable to give us a working key even though we asked several times, they also wouldn’t switch our room to one with a working key. Stairwell was FULL of dead cockroaches. Lost count after seeing a dozen or so. There are lots of hotels in Savannah, I’d stay in one with an elevator key that works and no roaches next time.

The rooms are nice. The toilets suck. It's kinda weird that there is not a toilet paper holder in the bathroom

The property is located in a very unsecured location and very unsafe for the location. I would definitely recommend finding a different hotel. The bed was dirty, and I couldn’t take it anymore I went to complain at the front desk about bedbugs and NO ONE came to the front desk for over 20 minutes… so I finally called and still no one answered the phone that was ringing right at the front desk. I ended up leaving the hotel at 3am

Front desk attendant was super kind and so very helpful. My grandma is in hospice and the front desk lady was compassionate and she didn't have to be. She made me feel safe and cared for. The continental breakfast was superb and the dining area was very spacious and comfortable. Thank you.
