Very nice hotel and good location. Reception & housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful.

The team at The Mayfair are superb. I was welcomed from the moment I stepped out of my Uber. Seriously!! Every interaction was lovely and you truly feel like a valued guest. My room was lush; not only well appointed (pillow menu, huge bed, deluxe toiletries) but also a complimentary mini bar. The roof top bar is a must of an evening and serves delicious cocktails! Thanks for a memorable stay, I’ll definitely be back.

Location

Room was comfortable. Bed was average size not a large queen which are available in other rooms. Bathroom very nice, clean, and has a good shower.

The property is overrated.

Great service. Great Hotel, couldn't rate this hotel high enough. Will definitely being staying here on future visits.

We stayed at the Mayfair for two nights and were impressed by the luxuriousness of the hotel from the foyer to the rooms. We were given a complimentary upgrade which was lovely however the King bed mattress was very soft and we both seemed to sink down too far causing us to have sore backs in the morning!? If we were staying longer than two nights we would have requested to change rooms. Otherwise the hotel experience was wonderful, including have a fabulous central location.

Staff are excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious and very comfortable. Location was great!

First time we had stayed here, it was central to most things. Room excellent and even though you were in the center of the city, you did not hear any noise for the passing traffic. Will stay there the next time we visit Adelaide.

I liked the beds, the location. I loved that my mini bar was restocked and free.

Stylish hotel with generous amenities

Great short stay, comfortable rooms, just one issue roof top bar, went up for few drinks, bar staff wasn’t welcoming, order few drinks wasn’t empress by bar staff using his hand put ice into glass then not using tongs for the lemon wedges and did like it when I commented on that no apologies, wasn’t a good atmosphere in a such beautiful bar, no stars for roof bar staff
