部屋は清潔で綺麗でした。 ちょうどいい広さで快適に過ごせました。 ロビーにスターバックスが併設されており、気軽にカフェを楽しめて便利でした。

It was one of the most comfortable & quite places I've stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are a few close restaurants that were very good. I don't like Keurig or Starbucks coffee but the room had a pod drip coffee maker & the brand they have is very good. 1st hotel coffee I've enjoyed in years. The hotel is starting to show a little age but they are in the process of renovating. My only complaint is the bathroom shower head is too high. It felt like it was 7 ft high. At 5.3 inches tall it was a bit difficult to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.

Great hotel to stay with family or even just you and your SO. Place was clean along with our room. Very spacious, but I did have an issue with the sofa placement in our room. Too close to the bed on the wall side which is unfortunate and inconvenient my girlfriend actually tripped over it going to the restroom midnight. Staff were great. Forgot to ask for the room service guy but he was very nice and helped us get comfortable. Honestly the room service guy gave us more information on where to find things at the hotel than main desk did. I Will be staying here again soon.

Staff friendly, however our ice bucket was filled with cigarette and ash and we were in a non smoking room. We found a housecleaning staff member for new bucket and they did provide, but finding that in room made us feel like room wasn't properly cleaned.

Small, quiet, convenient, attractive property. Rooms updated with decor, hardware, linens, all fashion forward. Super quiet because room doors close with almost no sound. This is very unusual in the USA and it is a reason to return to this hotel. Thank you many times for investing in this feature.

Found a sizable live cockroach in the sink area! Our first time seeing a cockroach in any hotel room (and we used to live in a third-world tropical country where cockroaches are more prevalent). Might have to do with the ongoing construction at the site, but still it's not a nice experience. Other than that, the pillows are way too soft (can't remember any other hotel with pillows this soft) that it impacts our sleep.

Loud remodeling/ Painting of the bldg that we were not aware of when booking this hotel. It was very very loud and started at 9 am. Not only were we met with the constant obstructed view from them covering of our balcony door (paint protection is my guess) they had very loud pant guns and were making a knocking sound on the windows.

Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is our room door would not close completely. We had to open & close a few times to get it to latch. We would stay here again

Mostly fine. However, it would be helpful if you labeled the containers in the bath/shower so we can tell what pump is for body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The property was under construction and you had to go through side door to get to front desk. That was the only inconvenience. Hotel was nice and clean and in a very prime area for shopping and restaurants and Torrance beach. The staff was nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Second time staying at this location within 30 days and I love it . Will continue to stay here everytime I end up in L.A ! Great location , great staff, and love the cleanliness

Everything about your hotel was very nice. The only issue which was not the hotels fault was the inconsiderate family above our room, their child running back and forth in the room stomping their feet and the parents talking as loud with their voices echoing in the courtyard after 11:00 p.m. at night. It's disappointing when people go to a hotel some do not have consideration for others that are nearby them.
