Nice experience in this family oriented hotel with a great black area spa

Sehr freundlich an der Rezeption, aber Achtung, Parkplatz wird zusätzlich verrechnet und Kaution pro Tag wird verlangt. Zimmer war schön geräumig, Balkon auch sehr angenehm. Wc im Schrank war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und Rollenhalter war nicht fest montiert. Schöner großer Schrank jedoch, Tresor u Minibar mit Preisliste vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, besonders das Eiomlette wurde sehr liebevoll u köstlich zubereitet. Das Abendessen haben wir zweimal als Buffet erhalten, was uns sehr geschmeckt hat, allerdings musste man Montag bis Freitag zwischen zwei Vor- u drei Hauptspeisen wählen u das gefiel uns nicht so sehr. Die Portionen waren sehr sehr klein u man musste sich schon viel beim Salatbuffet holen um genug zu bekommen. Der Service war die ersten Tage nicht sehr freundlich u man musste auch trotz weniger Gäste lange warten. Ende der Woche war ein sehr höflicher u freundlicher Herr mittleren Alters im Service, der sich sehr höflich und aufmerksam um alle Gäste gleich gekümmert hat. Saunabereich war sehr sehr schön und auch die Hamananwendung war sehr gut gemacht. Alles in allem haben wir uns etwas mehr Freundlichkeit erwartet und für uns war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben u entsprach auch keineswegs 5 Sterne. Lage des Hotels ist aber sehr schön!

Unfortunately, this place is far from a 5* experience. The staff is generally friendly, and most of them are trying their best, but so much is just wrong here. First of all - this place brags about "fine dining" but it only offered a fixed menu with a choice between 2 starters and 3 main courses. The hotel homepage brags about "fine dining", but only mentions in print that restaurants are "open seasonally" - what does it even mean? When is "season"? Sorry, a 5* place should have better culinary offer, especially when it lure its guests by "fine dining" choices. There was no choice here. Then the room. How can there be no power outlets in the room? Yes, there is one outlet on the floor, right next to the door, and yes, there are two outlets at the wash basin. But nothing next to bed where I could for example want to both charge and use my phone. I couldn't use my laptop at the desk, because I had no place to plug it in. This is 2024, people are travelling with two, three devices a person. The bathtub is right next to the bed. You can't see half the TV screen while in the bed (because it's positioned on a very low cabinet, with a couch in between the bed and the TV). The TV is a modern smart TV, but the hotel disabled Netflix on it (and this TV does support it - only when you try to access it, it say that it's disabled). The WiFi is either too slow, or not working at all, there are places in the hotel where it is just not accessible. There are no body-sized towels - the only towels we had in our room were hand/face towels. How can a 5* hotel do all this? The restaurant provides no privacy. The tables are positioned so close to one another, that if you are a couple, you are sitting right next to another couple almost as if it was a table for 4. You can't even have a decent private chat without feeling like everybody can hear you. Funny enough - they could arrange the tables to give you more privacy, they just choose not to. On our second morning, the restaurant was full at breakfast, we thought we were lucky to find a free table (with 0 privacy, mind you!), but when another couple arrived, they opened up another section of the restaurant which was completely readied, just intentionally not made available until the very last moment. Come on! I would expect this from a cheap diner, not the only restaurant in a 5* hotel! If you have an electric car, please avoid this place. They have a grand total of 3 chargers - one of which doesn't work. One charger was constantly occupied by a car that never moved during our entire stay! The night before the departure we ask the valet to charge our car, and he promises to do that, but when I wake up at 6AM I see that my car isn't charged at all and that there is a charging error. I walk down to reception, and receptionist tells me that "we have problems with that charger" - well, I asked for my car to be charged, not plugged in! I have no use for my car being plugged into a charger that the hotel knows is faulty

It’s a beautiful resort with amazing facilities. The gyms are really great! The vistas are unbelievable and it was easy to park and drive to visit locations around us The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable or informative. We had to discover many of the amenities on our own. Highly recommend this resort overall

Hôtel exceptionnel, sur tout point de vue. Endroit de confort, de calme. Surtout, une exceptionnelle propreté ,irréprochable de ce bâtiment. Manifestement, un des plus beaux endroits de la côte adriatique. Le petit déjeuner est aussi excellent. Un constat navrant cette soirée, le plat chaud, de la Demi pension, pas à la hauteur, de ce 5 étoiles. A Recommander !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came to the Falkensteiner Hotel on a trip through Croatia and was truly underwhelmed. Location is rather isolated with only a few other hotels in the same compound. There was hardly any service provided - had to unload luggage by ourselves and no towel service in the Spa. Rooms are ageing with a lot of scuff marks and scratches. Not sure why but our room did not even have any blackout curtains - at this price point very disappointing!

Quarto - lençol e limpeza boa - O colchão médio ! Banheiro - toalhas e luminosidade otimos ! Café da manhã - maravilhoso! Infinitas variedades e qualidade otimas tambem ! Piscina - linda ! A praia com pedras - Dica - leve sapatilha propria se for entrar no mar !

Eine absolute Erholungsoase mit perfektem Essen und super Personal

Tolle Unterkunft. Einer der besten Stände.

Albergo più bello rispetto alla resa fotografica. Camere ampie, molto panoramiche e luminose con bagno di grande quadratura. Ovviamente biancheria in linea con alto standard. Colazione ottima in particolare nel settore salato con orario comodo per un turista. Ristorante di cucina internazionale con discreta musica dal vivo e serate a tema culinario. Locali comuni ampi e luminosi. Personale super gentile anche con conoscenza dell'italiano. Ampi spazi esterni ove gli ospiti possono distribuiti senza affollamento. Piscine interne ed esterne di grande effetto. Accesso al mare diretto e senza problemi di spazio. Mare trasparente. Discorso a parte merita la spa, semplicemente superlativa. Numerose aree relax, da consigliare con privacy per gli ospiti, saune di varia quadratura, piscina riservata agli adulti amanti della privacy. Trattamenti con personale specializzato. Un ulteriore suggerimento il massaggio di coppia in suite privata. Insomma una vacanza nella vacanza che ha reso il soggiorno indimenticabile. Da consigliare espressamente

Grand hôtel avec plusieurs piscine (eau de mer, eau de piscine), au bord de la mer. Cet hôtel comprend une salle de sport, des spa, plusieurs bars et restaurants. L’hôtel possède un parking couvert (payant) et propose des activités aux alentours! Nous avons été upgradé dans une chambre côté mer. La chambre est grande, belle décoration, double vasque, une baignoire et une douche à l’italienne, un balcon et un très grand lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un des meilleurs que nous avons eu! Un vaste choix de salé, sucré, des fruits à volonté, des légumes, plusieurs sortes de pain, de cornflakes, des plats chauds et servis par un cuisinier, bref le paradis!

My husband and I have been to this hotel countless times and we will always return. Everything is perfect! From the welcome at the reception, the spa staff with Marina the beautician to the white and black zone of the spa. The hotel also has one of the best food, and we travel everywhere. Carlos in the bistro is the heart of the hotel. All recommendations and more. Welcome home is truly that!

We were in this hotel few times before and it was excellent. Now is a little bit dated, it need refurbishment. Food is also not so good any more. We were a little bit disappointed. The only positive thing is outside swimming pool that is working also in November.

For our family, this was the best hotel in the Mediterranean. We really liked the room. But we liked the area, the beach, the SPA and the delicious food and good Croatian wines even more! P.S. We have something to compare with. Mallorca, Sardinia, Ibiza and others
