Shuttle from airport was frequent. Pool was warm. Coffee always in the lobby. Only thing to be aware of is proximity of hotel to busy roads, so there is a perpetual faint background noise of vehicles passing by.

Close to airport with grest shutyle service and staff. Great accommodation for reasonable cost.

Lots of construction. Shuttle service is unreliable.

Very good property at a good value

We needed the stay to get to the airport easily. It was nice and clean. The shuttle was very helpful. We had my husbands uncle with us, who is paralyzed on his left side so it would’ve been better if the shuttle was wheelchair accessible, but the driver was very helpful.

We had a great stay. The staff were awesome

Despite the enjoyable room experience, my recent check-in proved difficult. Despite my clear verbal clarification, the agent struggled to locate my reservation, mistakenly searching under my middle name. The key card creation process also proved challenging, with multiple attempts being made before I was able to get a key. In addition, following a brief trip to my car, I faced the frustration of discovering that my key card no longer functioned, diminishing what should have been a seamless check-in process.

The restaurant Isn't located at the hotel and although they will deliver, you have to go to the lobby to pick up the food delivered by the restaurant. When i called and ordered, the restaurant almost seemed to not know what to do and i nearly went elsewhere. In addition, the breakfast area is almost hidden away and it wasn't clear what the breakfast policy was. That being said, the rest of the hotel was in great shape. I loved the room and the space felt inviting and relaxing. I also spoke to the front desk about the restaurant and feel like they may change that policy in the future and allow for delivery. That would be a big win! I'll absolutely stay here again.

Room was very clean, breakfast was very good, with details like cream and honey, coffee available 24/7. Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. Pillows were a bit hard, but otherwise an excellent stay.
