利雅得文華東方飯店的評論

這次訂房因為是在中阿論壇期間，房價真的很高…可能單價比較貴稱得房間沒那麼值，並未到期待值以上。當然酒店本身是好的

飯店位於利雅得，非常不錯的飯店，我喜歡它的服務和設施，它提供非常幹凈和美味的食物。飯店靠近市場和市中心，非常漂亮，我喜歡它，我建議去參觀。

Good food

Where do I Begin!! Welcoming energy from the Valet Team, and some familar faces which is always nice as a retrun guest. Check in was smooth and effortless. The rooms are immaculate with touch pad integrated tech through out the room. Opening the curtaing with the tv remote or ipad was certainly convinviet. The Breakfast Buffett was one of the best I ever have experienced! The staff there works very well together from the Hostess to the Chefs everything fresh and tasty. Connected to Al Faisaliah mall which was helpful. The Gym is very small and quite dated, however it has everything you need inculding steam/sauna and cold plunge, plus it closes at 1am. Traffic in the area is the worst!! However if you can navigate you schedule accordinlgy in may go unoticed.

Have stayed quite a few times and really enjoyed it (hence the returns; what’s not to like about a Mandarin Oriental). This one probably would have been similar apart from the very poor start leaving a very bad taste. Had twin room booked. Received email that morning asking if I still want it - yes as travelling with 14 year old daughter (am male). Response “well noted”. Arrived (midnight after flight from UK) to be told that booking is for king and no trace of a booking for twin. Confusion when shown email exchange from that very morning with further denials. Told that nothing can be done = Stand-off and request for manager … he said he was. After escalating voices … room found on suites side … clearly lazy, hoping to fob me off / thought sharing bed with daughter ok rather than make any effort to sort out. Much fuss about this being an upgrade … it’s really not. Old suite rooms vs. new in hotel with more bedroom space / walkin wardrobe etc. Extra lounge space in suite, but we never used - would have far preferred hotel / very much a downgrade in my view… though clearly still a very nice room. We also had to walk back to hotel area for breakfast each day in the rain (novelty as it is for Saudi) - “upgrade” was for room only. Given the similar breakfasts, this was just petty and pretentious. To be fair … if you don’t meet a lost circus clown pretending to be a manager at checkin, you’ll love it…

We went to Alfaisaliyah today to celebrate our friend's birthday. Five stars all the way! We had an amazing experience, and exceeded my expectations. The service, the food and the overall experience was outstanding. The staffs are polite and accomodating especially Shamir and Arshad. We will definitely them to everyone. ❤️

很棒的酒店和優越的地理位置。在未來酒店業高峰會期間抵達。住得很愉快。酒店很方便，位置很好，服務和工作人員都很棒。每個人從頭到尾都很熱情，真正體現了沙烏地阿拉伯人的熱情好客。 MO 無論在哪裡都表現得很好。保持偉大的工作！

I was in Saudi at first time and was lucky to stay at this property Was really impressed from the moment when the transportation picked us from the airport and dropped us back So, professional team , friendly , anticipated all requirements Great housekeeping standard and food quality I will definitely back and recommend this hotel to my friends Well done !

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms you could live in easily 365 days a year in absolute luxury. The restaurants are beautiful and the food is excellent. The gym albeit a little small for a hotel of the size is sufficient and the indoor pool lovely. Good location too. However, they lose a star as the hotel staff at front desk and concierge just didn't care. There was no smile on arrival or even any care that you had arrived. They all seemed very unhappy and demotivated. Even the team at breakfast weren't any better. There were three of us travelling on business, so three rooms, and at 5pm none of the rooms were ready, which seemed a little strange, so we went away for a few hours and came back.

I went to AlFaisaliah at the globe the food was excellent and the gentleman was excellent waiter name Rameez from srilnaka thx for all service and food He is so nice, helpful, and kindness Honestly, i will come back in some days

I stayed there when it was the rosewood it is no more five star hotel very clear the standard of hotel went down . Rooms are fantastic but service food every etc went down . Value for money also it is basically a nice hotel with no management

from beginning I was very happy, second day next to my room people was fixing door and with Drell 10 pm evening noise sound making hole , I was very tired that day, for that money which one I paid I preferred to sleep quiet ,not with constrictions next to my door, at breakfast time waiters even didn't come to me and didn't ask about tea or coffee ,only ones they show up. in next table was seating some European guy and waitress came even 3 times and ask what he need , probably I doubt look like businessman from Wall Street but im also celebrity vocal coach in Hollywood and working with celebrity singers in Hollywood. price for breakfast overpriced ,I will stay next time not in this hotel, overpriced and with noise sound

As a regular business traveller and someone who makes around 20 hotel reservations/week in Saudi Arabia for business purposes we have experience of variety of hotels across the major cities of KSA. 1) Despite the being marketing as a very high end 5 Star hotel - the rooms are pretty average for the price and below expectation for a high end 5 star hotel despite being renovated recently in 2021. 2) Despite certain images of The Faisaliah Tower being used in the marketing this hotel is in fact a much smaller building located on the side of tower which resembles an average looking apartment building/residential block in a western country 3) The option for breakfast is only available if you book direct through their website and no breakfast option available on *********** or other major booking platforms. They are definitely missing a trick there. 4) Rooms start at apx SAR 2500 ($670)/ night (with no breakfast) which does not correlate to the quality of the rooms or the view. 5) For a fraction of the Faisaliah Hotel average nightly price you enjoy these nearby very High End Five Star Hotel with better luxury, service, better rooms, better views in many cases and service including breakfast at the following hotels: - Hyatt Regency Olaya (Five Star) - Four Seasons Riyadh ((Five Star) - Narcissus Hotel & Spa (Five Star) The above hotels are also great for business and leisure trips.
