The location is good and very near to Wan Chai MTR Station. The facilities are in good condition too.

Location is superb - so central for most of what one wants to do/see in HK. I was upgraded to a family suite, so had masses of space, and everything was neat and tidy with most of what you would want in a hotel room (although not an iron and ironing board). Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is not a new one; some signs of "wear and tear", and the TV has a very limited selection of channels (I only found one in english); but given the price, I wasn't disappointed in the least.

前台給升級了大床房，很好，房應該重新裝修過，床頭有USB充電口，酒店四周好吃的挺多，繁華，交通便利，走路幾分鐘就能坐15路車上太平山頂，值得推薦的酒店，性價比很高

雖然酒店地理位置理想，但這次住宿感到一般，先在check in 上處理得很慢，但服務員態度良好，並且表達將房間upgrade。心本以為給與更好環境的房間，原來由雙人房upgrade為3人房，而房間未見提升，物品家私都很舊，窗戶只得一個小窗，更是近距離對樓，沒有景觀可言。但我只是1人入住，為何upgrade3人房？多出來的床對我有甚麼用？而我原先訂的一張大床的寛敞舒適客房，應比這upgrade的活動空間還好，這安排確實令人失望和費解。是否我book的房間已給了人，而假借upgrade之名比沒有人住的房間給我？ 這次體驗很不理想，之後未必會選擇入住。
