The hotel lobby and surrounding areas are clean and visually appealing, which gave a good first impression. However, the rooms in Building 5 could use some maintenance. The toilet is quite small and lacks proper ventilation, which made it a bit uncomfortable. I also experienced an issue during check in regarding the deposit. The receptionist insisted on a 2,000 baht deposit per room. I asked if it could be reduced since we booked two rooms, but she refused. A day before checkout, I requested to switch the deposit to USD instead so I could get my baht back. She then mentioned that USD was an option from day one, something she hadn’t informed us earlier and she still refused to make the exchange. Fortunately, another staff member stepped in later and helped resolve the issue, which I truly appreciate. Her assistance made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has potential with its nice surroundings and helpful staff, but the rooms and communication at the reception could definitely be improved.

Отель удобно расположен. До пляжа идти 15 мин. До джангцейлона и банзана 10-15 мин. Хорошая территория, два бассейна, вода тёплая, много лежаков. В номере всё необходимое. Телевизор поддерживает ютуб. Завтрак не для привередливых:яйца всех видов, овощи, небольшой выбор горячих блюд, фрукты(арбуз, дыня, драгон), соки, хлопья, мюсли, йогурты, кофемашина, выпечки мало(круассаны, кексики). Для непродолжительного пребывания подходит.

酒店真的很棒,位置優秀。酒店的服務和工作人員都很棒。他們是服務的,總是笑的。 他有2個游泳池,早餐很不錯 我建議 只有,時時,時會從熱到冷,有時甚至會火。
