Checking in and out were smooth and easy. Visitors car park was okay, clean bedroom and bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job with quick response to requests. Breakfast spread was awesome with great variety.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located slightly away from the main city center, which makes it a nice and quiet place to relax. There is a shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for basic needs and quick visits. To explore a wider variety of good food, you do need to travel into the city. That said, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable. Breakfast was good with a reasonable spread, although the dining area can get a little crowded during peak times. Overall, it’s a peaceful stay with good service — ideal if you prefer a calm environment slightly outside the city hustle.

Aircon wasn't cold but staff was quick to pump in the gas to settle the issue. Toilet ceiling was leaking water. So was the Aircon vent in the restaurant during breakfast. Maintenance check could be better. Overall place feels safe with security guards on patrol. Still quite value for money

Suggest to equip some kitchenware such as forks, spoon, chopsticks, bowl, plates, wine opener etc The sliding doors of closet can’t be closed, it will slides back as it is tilted If TV can be changed to smart TV , more fun will be to customers

Magical mornings and sunsets, will definitely stay again. The dinner set could have been better, it was clearly indicated that a main, soup, drink and dessert would be about 35rm nett, but when we enquired, they said we had to add on for the dessert. It was clearly stated but i didn't feel like arguing because the food wasn't very great so I just left. The receptionist and everyone else was good, breakfast was okay, no other complaints aside from the above.
