We had a great stay at Hotel Loy in Chiang Mai! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for exploring the city. What really stood out was the service—both Zen and Tar were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

一定會再次入住的酒店。環境，地理位置都非常棒，去哪裡都方便。員工是我見過的最Nice的服務團隊之一了，真是把我們當家人朋友一樣的照顧和服務。同行朋友把手機掉在Grab出租車上了，大晚上的前台工作人員一直幫忙聯繫Grab公司和司機，最終成功找回手機。非常非常感謝。前台員工Zen真的是個非常非常好的人，有趣的靈魂在哪裡都讓人印象深刻。

酒店位置很好，很方便，鬧中取靜 服務態度很好，每個小哥都很nice 但房間真的太潮濕了，地板回潮到有水跡，床上用品也不太舒適並且潮濕，我們從入住房間開始就長小疹子併發癢，皮膚比較敏感的人可以多考慮。

酒店服務人員太盡責了，有這幾個小夥子給老闆看店，老闆真是太省心了，酒店位置不錯，去古城逛逛完全靠走就行，非常好

舒適，服務也很好，工作人員也會1點中文。
