Visited for a friend’s wedding late September. We booked a family room for kids, our son loved it! Everything from the pool, through service, breakfasts, and especially the ‘Wonder Pet World’ (photos attached) for kids was great to keep the little ones entertained. We will definitely stay again. A lovely relaxing three days and nights.

這次入住很滿意，第二天要趕飛機，飛機晚點，申請了免費延遲退房，沒有加錢，游泳池很乾凈，每個服務員都笑臉相迎，酒店沐浴露洗髮水都很好用，孩子玩得很開心，酒店不存在老化，維護得不錯的。早餐也很豐富，觀瀾湖海之語海洋世界適合六歲以內的孩子溜溜娃看看魚。人不多。觀瀾湖奧特萊斯就在附近，吃完飯也可以去溜溜

酒店一如既往的好，住着舒適，服務貼心，半夜了有需求正常服務，前台王X妃熱情大方，有王妃的氣質！
