我所預定的suite房型，除了微波爐、電磁爐等廚房設備之外，居然還有洗烘衣機，真是太幸運了。洗衣粉及餐具都可以請人員送到房間，服務非常好！大推！

第四次入住河內,酒店不錯,乾淨,特別是早餐有各種食物可供選擇。

Ok here’s a Chinese guest comment and hope can help you guys. I will start with good part first,the room for me is 1 bedroom lux condo,they have washing machine in the living room and will offer you the detergents if you ask,which is really helpful for me.The room is pretty clean and all the furniture is new,aircon working well and the breakfast for me is not bad have multiple choice. If you willing to walking 500M and across the main road you may find some street food and basic restaurants,but all the good restaurants and luxury ones maybe at least 1.5KM away from you. Here we goes with bad part which caused me never go back this hotel again: 1,when I checked in alone and few days later my friend visited me at night,once your friend get into the room they will call you immediately and ask your friend get out of this hotel(yes they watching you by CCTV and see which room you entered),just because you checked in alone and didn’t tell them you may have friend come here,so there will be no one out of this hotel can visit your room after 10pm,even you come here earlier your friends also need to go out before 10pm.I tried a lot ways to solve this issue and the guy on duty just claimed this is their hotel rules and I signed the agreement when I checked in and didn’t tell them I may have friend(they also don’t accept your friends just register at the reception).Once you back room with your friend pick up some stuff and talk more than 1 minute,they will call you again and insist your friend go out now.Can you imagine how embarrassed I am at that time???? 2,there’s some strange noise happened in some days,it’s like the rat lost its way in the ceiling or maybe the air con parts is shaking.But I prefer it’s a rat coz it’s randomly happened in some times and the source of the noise will move around.I do recorded some videos can show everyone. All above just for your reference. 我上面评论简单归纳一下，第一个酒店相对比较新，设施也比较全卫生还不错，早餐也挺多选择景色也还行但是细节处做的没那么好，而且位置比较尴尬，直线距离500米横穿马路后可以找到一条本地苍蝇馆子或者摆摊的窄街道可以吃东西，其他的好一点的餐厅你可能得走路2KM左右才找的到。然后奇葩操作来了，你入住的时候一个人，回头有朋友或者同事来找你的时候，必须在晚上10点前离开，不接受登记不接受任何人在你房间呆超过1分钟前，不然一直打电话或者来敲你门。超过10点他们会一直盯着监控看哪个房间进了多少人。除非你提前告诉他们你要几个人入住，任何随机事件他们都不接受不处理。第二件事就是他们天花板里应该有个老鼠偶尔会到处跑制造噪音，以上自行判断。
