Good hotel good service. Nice for couples. Unfortunately during our stay it was raining so could not use the outdoor pool as the water was cold and because of the rains the bean bags in the terrace(we had taken the flaming room with a terrace) were all wet. Wish they had a heated pool so people can enjoy what they have paid for. Breakfast was decent.

Отель не самый свежий по состоянию, но концепция отличная - уединенность (жили в глэмпинге: сфера со всеми удобствами, свой бассейн и балкончик). Местоположение не особо для семьи с детьми (в районе много «массажных» салонов не только с массажем 😉), но зато весело😁 До моря надо ехать или долго топать - несколько км. Мы были на машине, так что нам было вполне себе комфортно, парковка в наличии, место всегда есть. Продлить номер на сутки - без проблем, тем же утром сделали за 1 минуту и дешевле, чем через все известные сервисы.

Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with luggage, the checking process was straightforward. The allocated room requires you to take steep steps downward from reception area or take the elevator that brings you to the service areas which you then have to walk through the hotel’s underground car park. Do not waste your money on a dome (glancing or the villa) neither have any wardrobe space and the water pressure is inconsistent at best. The condition of the glamping dome was terrible, bathroom was falling apart and toilet was stained through use. I complained and they said they can give me a downgrade or swap to the le dome villa but the water issue is not going to be resolved by moving. The dining area has plastic seating and the quality of the breakfast buffet is poor. Fried eggs are fried to within an inch of their lives. When I complained about the room, the attitude of the staff was extremely poor. I eventually accepted the move to le dome villa which was not an upgrade but was better than the glamping, that had the same issues they refused a refund and as I did not have the energy or time to move to another hotel I stayed. I truly wish I hadn’t. I asked for fresh milk and they did not even know what that was. The room was not in working order either. The jacuzzi only had one nest work and the other issues can be seen in the images. This is a 3 star hotel at best for facilities and 1 star for quality of service. The language barrier is high. Save your holiday experience by choosing somewhere else
