The Novotel faculty and staff are very polite and friendly. Not sure what happened, but four of us sat down at around 8:45 pm at the roof top bar and restaurant for a meal and drinks. Are drinks arrived at the table within a few minutes, however after waiting for over 1 hour we realized that we never got our food. We got up and paid for our drinks and ate dinner elsewhere … Not sure what happened, several staff members but no one took care of us…

ナナ駅から徒歩7分くらいのところにホテルがあります。 ホテルは、大変綺麗で清潔があり安心して宿泊できました！ また無料のWi-Fiもあり、便利でした。 お部屋は綺麗で、デザイン性もあり良かったです！ 風呂周りも清潔で毎日綺麗に清掃してくれました。 また、朝食ですが、ココナッツジャムが本当に美味しいので ぜひ食べてみてください。もちろんほかの料理もおいしくて最高でした！ スタッフもみなさん親切です。 ホテル周りも、すぐ繁華街なので遊びや食事には困りません！ 夜遊びしたい方にはぜひおすすめのホテルです。 来年もまた来ます！

Хороший отель для знакомства с ночной бурной жизнью Бангкока. Вечером не протолкнуться. Не для семейного отдыха.
