這次是我們夫妻紀念旅行，第一次入住這酒店，首先辦理入住的時候因為不懂英文導致溝通比較困難，酒店也沒有準備中文示意，沟通中感觉前台态度很不耐烦，办理时间比较久，最后给我房卡去房间的时候发现给的竟然是走廊最后的房间，但我预约的时候说明了我需要安静且不要走廊最后的房间，最后我找了前台沟通后了解原来标准房就是走廊最尾的房间，但我不理解，我有写明在酒店预约里，如果是这样可以email提醒我，我会升级房间，而不是去到后被迫接受，再就是房间就在泳池上几层，非常吵，房间隔音也很不好，早上6-7点就听见隔壁房间收拾行李的声音，房间的设施也很破旧，总之感觉很糟糕.不会考虑再入住。 This is a commemorative trip for us as a couple. Finally, I communicated with the front desk and found out that the standard room was the room at the end of the corridor. The room at the end, but I don’t understand. I wrote it down in the hotel reservation. If this is the case, you can remind me by email and I will upgrade the room instead of being forced to accept it after arriving. Moreover, the room is just a few floors above the swimming pool. It was very noisy and the soundproofing of the room was not very good. I could hear the sound of luggage being packed in the next room at 6-7am in the morning. The facilities in the room were also very shabby. Overall, I felt terrible. I would not consider staying here again.
