I will not rate the accomodation as I did not stay in this hotel but... I had to cancel my booking for medical reason and the hotel was not able to provide me a proof of cancellation. I did not want a refund from the hotel as my booking was not refundable, I just wanted a proof of cancellation to give to my travel insurance. Because the hotel was not able to give me this proof, I lost more than 53 euros. Conclusion : Should something wrong happen I do not recommend this hotel.
