I would like to extend my biggest thanks to everyone who assisted us during our whole stay. From the reservations team all requests are acknowledged and prompt to all email inquiries.
Check in process was seamless. Need to remind the FO that I request for a late check out.
Upon entering the room there’s an extra bed set up.
Ritz Carlton went above and beyond my expectations, this made our stay even more comfortable & to be honest it was one of the big surprised that made us wow. They also sent a complimentary desserts and a hand written letter for my birthday. (Speechless)
During the last night stay, I went back to FO and was greeted by a Filipina Front desk agent & Trisha both are approachable and welcoming, I asked if they can possibly extend my late check out.
The RA who cleaned our room, placed a face towel under my personal care products that I used daily, thank you I really appreciate the anticipation.
Also during turn down service Jairus? Very polite & great personality.
Breakfast at Colony has a lot of food selection from Asian to Western dishes. Service was great especially the hostesses. Indians are so professional when it comes to guest engagement.
To Haikal from Concierge, thank you for your recommendation, local cafes to try & coffee brand for beans/powder as a souvenir. Excellent service, knowledgeable and knows his expertise. Even asked me how’s everything when we met again.
Love all the facilities especially the Jacuzzi and the resting area. Gym is fully equipped and open for 24/7 another wow for me. Staff are helpful and explain everything.
Every time we go back to hotel after a whole day of exploring Singapore, Staff (Doorman/Bellman) at the entrance are always smiling which is a good sight to see.
Furthermore the views of the rooms is beautiful and it will always be there. But the joined efforts of the staff & their excellent service truly made our experience more meaningful and unforgettable.
