Hotel is very conveniently right located by the Brussels Central Station, and the Grand Place and other surrounding sights are all at walkable distance. Staff were courteous and helpful at the check-in, and process was very smooth.
Hotel room is somewhat dated, but comes with lots of wardrobe and storage space! Despite given a 1st floor room it was overall quite nice and quiet. The bar at the rooftop was nice as well.
The downside is the bathroom, the door cannot be closed properly and needs to be fixed, the toilet seemed to have a slight leakage and the railing of the bathtub was loose which made it dangerous for my elderly mother to use. These general upkeep issues should not be expected for a four-star hotel honestly…
