Good location. Comfy room. The only annoying part is the sound proof of the rooms. You can hear echoes from all over. Even people talk in the room or at the lift lobby hall. Very loud and annoying. The lift sound is also very disturbing.

Choose this hotel because it is beside megastar arena in sungei wang plaza, so convenient to walk after enjoying concert at megastar arena. behind hotel located plaza low yat.. walking distance 800m to pavilion. No worries for eatery place… hotel is clean and good basic amenities except didn’t provide toothbrush set. Need to pay deposit rm200 for check in… overall convenient to me.

一直以來都很喜歡這家酒店，所以常常回來入住。但這次的體驗讓人有些失望，很多服務變得不太方便。不確定問題出在 Trip 的預訂流程還是酒店本身，希望能改善。
