3泊4日の家族旅行で利用。空調の温度が上がらず、ずっと寒かったので、フロントに申し出たが改善されなかった。 2025.1.1よりアメニティがなくなるのは賛成だが、手を洗う石鹸だけは置いて欲しい。 金庫は故障しており、パスポートの保管に困った。 浴槽はカビが固着しており、少し気になる。 交通アクセスの良さだけは◎

No additional towels given upon request, given 2 water bottles and you fill up water at the dispenser yourselves and finally there are no hand soap or toothbrush as well. The view is basically facing next building looking at only windows. The worse is the breakfast, food is just ok but the number of people there is like a stampede! You practically need to first find a seating then fight your way back into the crowd for the food.... Terrible!

The hotel is easy to locate, exit 4 of XiMen Station, walk straight, turn to the left, pass by a hotpot restaurant and thats the hotel. The room is big and have all basic amenities incl. safe lock except for one-off disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrush etc. The hotel can consider providing handsoap (non disposable kind) at the sink as the sink is outside the toilet and not convenient to get the shower gel inside. This is the first time seeing a self luggage storage. It comes with a lock and you set it yourself. There is also a weighing machine in the luggage storage area. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room rate is extremely  expensive, it costs Hk$ 4200 on 31/12/2024,, the room is no window, just like a dark romm, with $ 4200 to stay in this hotel is extremely bad. I never will stay at this hotel and don’t introduce people to stay at
