本以為是口碑極好的老牌五星酒店，所以選擇入住5晚，但整體體驗令人失望。酒店位置確實很方便，連着大型購物中心，環境乾淨整潔，但設施明顯陳舊。 最大的問題是——隔音實在太差。隔壁或樓上洗澡、開水龍頭的聲音非常大，幾乎每天凌晨都會被吵醒，甚至夢裡都覺得水燒開了沒人關。住到第三天實在受不了，衹能要求換房。前台並未道歉，衹説要檢查，還強調“沒有其他客人投訴過”。工作人員來後隨便看了看説可能是“水壓大”，隨後才讓我們換到對面房間。 雖然新房間稍微好一些，但仍然很吵：樓上小孩奔跑、浴缸放水、隔壁唸經的聲音都能清楚聽到，不戴耳機幾乎無法入睡。 總體而言，非常不推薦。若對睡眠質量和安靜度有要求，建議慎重選擇。 chose this hotel because of its great reviews and long-standing reputation as a five-star classic, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The location is excellent — directly connected to a large shopping mall — and the hotel is clean and tidy. However, the facilities are clearly outdated. The biggest issue is the terrible soundproofing. You can hear water running loudly from neighboring rooms and above; every morning or even in the middle of the night, I would wake up because of the noise. One night, I even dreamed the tap was left running. By the third night, I couldn’t take it anymore and asked to change rooms. The front desk didn’t apologize, only said they needed to “check” first and claimed no one else had complained. A staff member came, mentioned something about high water pressure, and finally moved us to another room. The new room was slightly better but still noisy — I could hear children running upstairs, people bathing, even someone chanting next door. Without earphones, it was impossible to sleep. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, think twice before booking.

環境整潔空間寬敞～飯店連結商場很方便～

位置優越,與1 Utama Mall相連,有很多食物和商店。酒店不是那麼現代,但維護得很好,乾淨。

不錯的住宿地點,非常方便,地理位置優越。每次訪問PJ時,我都會去現場住宿。
