早上9點鐘阿姨來做衞生，沒回應直接進來了，非常的不安全，下午又來，還非得我跟她説幾點能做 退一萬步説，我預訂的房間使用權就應該在我這裏，這個衞生我不走難道非做不可嗎

出差的牛馬，來上海基本每次都住徐匯Moxy，性價比高，位置好，出行特別方便。

The room is spacious and modern. The location is average. We were located at 20th floor which is one level below the lobby and fitness area. The fitness is open 24 hours, which makes our stay not comfortable. The fallen dumble noise makes me not sleep. Almost every night after midnight someone throws the dumble to the floor, making bang noise

千萬不要接受低樓層的房間！按前台的説法是低樓層下水不好，所以會有響聲。但，每隔一分鐘不到就有聲響在晚上是很難入睡的。更糟糕的是，打了前台反饋後能半小時多都沒回應，再次打回去後説的是“前台一個人的忙碌狀態以及正在處理中的方案（滿房狀態下在協調換房？or給個耳塞）”，特別優秀！
