Just had a wonderful 11 nights here rooms comfortable and spacious fantastic shower had a room at the back overlooking the trees was a little disappoointed with the veiw at first but not for long the most magnificent birds I've ever seen and the monkeys twice a day

We have stayed at The Kairaba Beach Hotel for many years. We have seen it at it's best and now seen it at it's worst. Covid has a lot to answer for. It is so sad to see this Grand hotel so empty this year. Our first thought was to move hotels, but we have made many friends here at the hotel and feel at home here when we arrive. We decided to stay and even though the hotel is practically empty and working on a skeleton staff we felt obliged to stay and support. As usual the staff can't do enough for us. The management decided to allow local people to use the pool at a fee, and this has been taken up by them especially on the weekend. It gets very busy with lots of families n children most of whom can't swim. Which in turn is hard for the one pool attendent to manage as there can be up to 30 to 40 people in the pool. I understand that the management needs to bring in revenue but an extra pool attendent should be employed at the weekend. We need Whalley back at the pool❤️❤️ Breakfast is poor n not what we are used to, but on saying that we haven't gone hungry, it is once again so sad to see so few people in the hotel thus not a great selection and no buzz from it at breakfast from not being busy with guests. On the up side if we request something it is there the next day. On the whole yes it is quiet, we are under the impression that they no longer have a contract with Tui at the moment n can only be found on Gambia Experience which is expensive for the quality of the hotel at the moment. Personally I think that the hotel wasn't ready to accept guest in time for the winter holidays and with this, and what seems poor management from an higher level this once booming grand hotel has slipped into a sorry state. Hopefully with the support of regular guests that still belive in her and a higher better management plan the Grand old lady will get back to how she use to be once again in this fantastic location. We will always support as long as we are able thank you to all the stay you are doing an amazing job under the circumstances ❤️❤️

快的安靜度假勝地,無論是用於商業活動,使互聯網利。如果有西邊游泳池,那裏有很多陽光,東邊的房間只有早晨陽光。好游泳池,我們有住。早餐有點單調,但國際上很簡單,餐廳裏可以吃得很好,大氣很大,安全,你着眼睛。度假餐廳裏吃了2次也可以用活音樂吃得很好。體育館的車,一根不的跑步,一根機,半的自行車,少有運動材料。有很好的按摩,但其餘的則少,他們還在歐洲的價格上,這對這個國家來說太高了。當然,在外面的遊覽場地,你會很快被叫來爲出租車或當地導遊,但這屬於這個國家,這是個非同尋常的非洲經驗。

空調是付費選擇嗎?!?而且這在入住後才披露?而且wifi從來沒有工作過,所以沒有電話在房間裏,沒有與前台溝通。哦,而且根本沒有肥皂,更不用說任何其他浴室產品了。被帶到非常溫暖的別墅,沒有任何解釋就下車了。AC不會來。不得不訪問一個遠程,不安全的wifi網絡到WhatsApp前台,因爲酒店的wifi爲這個別墅從來沒有爲我們倆工作。一旦與前台連接,被告知AC是付費升級!!從未聽說過這樣的事情,當然是一個糟糕的商業實踐!!同意額外支付,所以維修人員派人實際拆除並重新接線電箱,而我拿着手機燈來幫助他,因爲燈也熄了。空調終於打開了。我有沒有提到沒有SOAP?我們旅行過很多次,這是有史以來最糟糕的住宿體驗之一!!不推薦,因爲AC作爲一種選擇而不通知客人是荒謬的!!我有沒有提到任何地方都沒有肥皂?
