飯店還不錯！位置不錯，就是他們沒有打掃房間！第一天他們打掃了，但我們發現他們沒有吸塵，也沒有清理我們丟在地板上的紙！ 第二天，他們根本沒打掃房間，我們只好投訴。他們說至少會送乾淨的毛巾給我們，但他們根本沒送！第二天，我們要求他們打掃房間，他們確實送了，但他們沒有換床單，地板上的垃圾也從來沒清理過！考慮到酒店的品質和服務，我們本來可以坐飛機的，但更有可能的是，不是！前台的員工沒有笑容！幸運的是，我們換到了曼哈頓的另一家酒店，那裡好多了！ 他們收的錢比我們預訂的還多！我還會再來嗎？不會！

我們一家六口住在這裡。飯店的位置、房間的整潔程度以及員工的友好態度都非常好，我們很想再次入住。雖然離市中心較遠，但由於有三條地鐵線路，所以去市中心很方便。而且，由於飯店靠近機場，我們最後一天去機場也很方便。我們必須為每件行李支付3美元的寄存費，這一點我們完全可以接受。早餐只是普通的西餐。
