Cozy and rustic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with attached bungalow (with 2 bunk beds) located about a mile from downtown Nantucket and around 2 miles from several beaches (Surfside, Jetties, Steps, etc). The house is on a private quarter acre lot with a big front and back yards featuring 16x32 heated play pool (3’6-5’6 depth) and a spillover spa. There is also a new sun deck with lounge chairs, side tables and umbrella. The house also has an outdoor shower and a dining table with chairs and a grill.
