I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

這是我在這個地區最喜歡的酒店。我喜歡它擁有一切,實際上甚至更多,我在家裏的廚房裏。我不必每頓飯都在外面吃飯。它總是乾淨的。無蟲,工作人員很有幫助。加上它對寵物很友好。我過去沒有帶我的狗,但當我需要時我可以讓她在那裏感覺很舒服。

萬豪春丘的房間都是差不多，有基本保證，早餐也不錯。停車費15美元一晚，跟我說check out時候收。攜程訂房時說收我擔保押金，房費前台支付，訂單完成後退回押金，但是幾個小時后攜程把擔保轉成消費了，這個倒也無所謂，到酒店后，酒店看了我的訂單說是已預付。一般來說，酒店前台應該再刷我一點incidental的金額作為擔保，但是前台也沒刷，我好奇的是他們準備怎樣收我那15美元停車費。

看了攜程的點評選擇的酒店。到拉斯的當天，降溫了，開了一夜的暖氣。酒店在硬件設施上並沒有優勢，略低於國內的一些商務快捷酒店。早餐很一般，完全是外國人的口味。但也還算能夠接受，貝果和現做鬆餅都很nice。不得不提的是酒店的後勤服務人員，前台服務一般，但是當你有問題找到後勤工作人員的時候，他們都非常熱心和友好，機場接駁車的司機也超級優秀，他會指引你到哪個航空公司辦理值機。唯一遺憾的是車停在路邊怕礙事，我未來及給他小費。總體不錯！

房間很大，有廚房，可以自己燒點早餐吃，因為酒店的西式早餐一成不變，天天一樣，吃2天就膩了，衞生隔天打掃一次，馬馬虎虎，毛巾和浴巾都比較舊，用自己帶的比較安心！前台服務人員態度好，和其他酒店比較，對待我們中國人還是挺友好的，交通方面，自己租車比較方便，和那個網紅大球距離比較近，開車五分鐘就到了。和我們的汽配會展中心也近！

對於有青少年隨行的家庭很方便。一房一大客廳，客廳的沙發床很大，很舒服，一關門就成兩間獨立的房間，各有一臺可連接網路的大電視，廁所共用，不同門可入，互不干擾。沒有烏煙瘴氣的**，全套煮食餐具×大冰箱(調味料自備-一樓便利商店有賣)停車免費!每天一人給一瓶水! 重要是靠近中國城10分鐘開車，適合吃膩了自助餐的人。有車，這地點就不是問題，很安靜又沒煙味，喔！還有洗烘兩用機!很讚!高樓層窗外可看到大燈球!!!

特別推薦給喜歡安靜的人！這是唯一一家酒店裡沒**的酒店，很安靜，雖然沒**但是離mall還有bellagio都特別近，也特別方便叫車。酒店房間也很新，看出去的view也很好。特別推薦酒店的早餐，早餐有一個poke 飯還有雞湯特別好喝。下次去vegas還會住這裏，比bellagio房間新多了。

不得不説酒店位置的確是比較尷尬，距離中心的酒店集體集羣比較遠，加之拉斯維加斯在修路，步行前往展會的會場，曼德勒灣酒店的確有些周折。附近沒有所謂的餐廳，入住的兩天就是靠着加油站的快餐店和便利店活了過來，當然了，Uber外賣活動也是非常不錯。酒店看着比較老舊，早餐看了一眼沒有任何胃口。

没关系。有些房间比其他房间旧很多。服务需要一些工作。十一月的感恩节，我们住在拉斯维加斯的 JW 万豪酒店。我预订了一间单间套房，并使用我的套房升级分配请求通过万豪进行升级。它应该让我住在一间卧室里。在我到达的前一天，我收到一封电子邮件，告诉我可以以每晚 60 美元的价格升级到一间卧室。我回复说我已经使用我的套房住宿分配请求升级。他们应该能够免费确认。我没有收到回复。当我到达酒店时，他们试图告诉我，我需要为我现有的房间支付每晚 60 美元。然后他们确定这是不正确的。当他们给我房间钥匙时，他们告诉我他们已经使用了我的套房升级。走进房间才发现原来是我预定的单间套房。我回到办公桌前，他们认为我应该在一间卧室里。他们再次检查了我并把我送到了另一个塔楼。那是一间卧室。套房很大，但绝对是破旧的和过时的。它很干净，但房间没有个性。酒店的食物不是很好。我们在他们的咖啡店吃了两次。冰茶太可怕了。它来自水龙头。食物低于标准。如果你住在这家酒店，请使用外卖或出去吃饭。

晚上上班的男服務員非常友好，非常耐心，總是麪帶微笑，而且服務非常好！外麪下着雨，我也為我借了一把雨傘。房間很棒，我的房間在頂層，房間裏有個陽台，牀很舒服！位置非常好，就在市中心，到各個景點，購物場所和購物場所，周圍的餐廳都非常方便，它應該是我這次旅行中住過的最好的酒店！如果您有機會再次去柏林，則必須選擇這家酒店！
