如果您提前告訴我們停車場，似乎會引導您前往僅幾步之遙的每月停車場。接待員也非常敏感，我很高興收到你的禮貌。原來，可能因為公寓的緣故，樓梯和走廊都是在舊的裏面改造的，非常漂亮和時尚。無限量暢飲，例如 PET 瓶中的水和咖啡，對我很有幫助。唯一讓我驚訝的是更衣室通風過濾器中的灰塵量。它很臟。到目前為止可能還沒有清理乾淨。其他部分非常漂亮！我能舒服地度過它。 我租了一輛自行車去嵐山，但是2小時內就免費了，很有幫助！之後，我在訂位的時候，通過聊天詢問了停車場的情況，但我已經很久沒有看了，所以還是給自己打了電話。聊天是什麼意思？我認為。我在懷疑它是否使用不好的同時進行了便宜的預訂，我真的很高興我能夠舒適地度過它。

I and my mother stayed there for one night 20000 yen per person, with dinner and breakfast. It was a very comfortable stay. This was more like a hotel, except that we needed to walk around without your own shoes (without getting dirty feet) inside. It was fully booked on that day. We had an earlier check-in, which mean that we could enjoy our relaxing private Onsen bath without standing in line. We also tried the large onsen baths later in the evening after a long walk in the beautiful Arashiyama area nearby. It was hot, but great. One of the baths was outside in a Japanese garden. We got warmed up from the inside out, and had an ice popsicle before we went up to our room for good nights rest. We also enjoyed a huge dinner and breakfast, true local cuisine with typical taste in Kyoto that supposed to be refined and ”delicate” - you shouldn´t expect any strong taste, and correctly cooked. This supposed to be a 3-star-hotel, but the amenity was completed. We didn´t miss anything here. We thought the staff at the front desk were not amazing, but definitely not poor. We didn´t need to deal with them so much as we had good information in written form. Everything was clean and pleasant. Had absolutely nothing to complain. We would definitely love to come back again. My rating is 4 - not more or less. I certainly see that they still have a room for improvement, but overall I didn´t personally understand all the poor reviews.

房間是4人房，夠大的了。酒店基本就類似公寓，雖有廚房，沒有用具也不允許煮，衹有微波爐，也算是可以了，但這區域的餐廳多數晚上6:00前就閉館。但是旅遊景點都在步行10分鐘範圍。

舊式酒店，門鎖還是用鑰匙不是電子鎖，沒電梯只有樓梯那種。每一層都有個微波爐，晚上肚子餓去阪急車站旁邊便利店買個便當回來也能翻熱一下。暖氣不知道是設定還是機器的問題，調高了溫度還是覺得有點冷，室外6度左右。地理位置很好，離渡月橋很近，旁邊就是風風之湯可以泡溫泉，因為住這個區的酒店還可以每人半價泡湯。衞生其實還好，就是臨睡的時候被床頭跑出來一隻小甲蟲嚇了一跳，起初一看見黑色以為是蟑螂。住最高那層早上風景很不錯，所有房間窗口都面向河邊。

在Arashiyama(山)的溫泉酒店,您沒有太多的選擇,而且大部分都是貴的。能夠在高峯時間預訂這家(因爲3-Nov是日本公共假日),我的房間幾乎沒有溫泉,像浴缸,非常好。晚餐非常漂亮精緻。只有溫泉一般,而且只有室內。它就在著名的Togetsuky(渡月)旁邊,步行即可到達阿拉善山的大部分旅遊景點。阿拉善山是一個美麗的地方,你可以期待很多遊客,無論是本地人還是外國人來參觀這個地方。在我逗留期間,這裏非常擁擠。值得一遊,也許一次。

因開會住了 2 晚。乾淨的酒店，友好的工作人員，堅固的床墊，良好的淋浴，免費的茶和咖啡（房間內沒有）。位於城市南部一個非常繁忙的環島。附近有前往市中心（7 路）和海灘（99 路）的巴士。更多的是背包客、工人旅館。家庭數量不多，接待處很基本，酒吧也有過年頭了（你必須從冰箱裡拿冷飲並在接待處付款）。幸運的是，我的房間面向酒店的後面，遠離前面四車道環島的持續交通。避免吃早餐，因為看起來很學校食堂。 100歐元一晚，但那是沿海城市的夏天。

We stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

The hotel is very clean and modern, located in a zone fully linked to the center by more buses. Staff is totally cozy and friendly, always available. Rooms are comfortable through not so big. Breakfast is convenient cause you have the option to choose what to eat and pay only for it. Very recommended, we’ll come back!

The room or suite was very spacious and very clean. Panoramic views from the very large window - but no balcony. The bathroom was a fair size but could get very slippy and no gripping for showering which could be a problem for elderly or less mobile guests. The breakfast was buffet style. There was some choice in cereals, toast, bacon, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice and a drinks machine for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would have preferred more egg choices such as scrambled. The downside was the loud music from an open air nightclub nearby. This would go on until 3am. Staff, with one exception, who worked in the restaurant were nice and friendly.

La cosa positiva è la posizione: vicinissimo alla cattedrale, al mercato centrale...posizione ottima. Valencia si gira bene a piedi quindi questo hotel è buono per muoversi facilmente e raggiungere i posti da visitare. E' un hotel per chi si accontenta e non pretende molto. Fortunatamente la stanza era abbastanza pulita e soprattutto non avevo le cimici nel letto o scarafaggi, cosa che temevo dopo aver letto le recensioni di altri viaggiatori. Bagno da rifare completamente, doccia aperta senza tende quindi se si usa, il bagno si allaga. Io non l'ho usata. Staff gentile. Non credo tornerò in questo hotel, andrebbe rinnovato completamente, ma il mio voto è la sufficienza per la posizione centrale.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. It’s on a very busy main road, this did not affect our stay, windows are sound proofed. Staff very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed on the first floor, small lift was available. I had noisy neighbours in the next room, I mentioned it to reception. The issue was dealt with straight away. I only had two issues, 1) the front door step is hazardous, no warning and takes a bit of getting used to. The second, no tea or coffee facility in the room. There is tea/ coffee facilities near reception, however, if you’re an early riser your sat waiting around. Other than these 2 small issues, the hotel is lovely, would stay again.

在民宿的基礎上住了3晚。入住很快,前台服務員v友好。位置很好,就在購物街上,對面有超市和地鐵站。出租車在購物中心前面也對面。快速步行帶您到主廣場,酒吧和餐館都很漂亮。我們步行到任何地方,除了海灘。住在101房間,這是v乾淨,牀v舒適,枕頭很好。牀墊包裹在一個金屬框架中,靠近牆壁,我們每次都把腿摔了下來。牀和牆壁之間的空間很小,電視開着。就在電梯和樓梯旁邊。V吵的空調。浴室可愛,淋浴很棒,但水槽在臥室,而不是在浴室。V房間黑暗,沒有自然光。隔音很好,我們聽到下面街道沒有噪音,衣櫃是這些新的現代類型,所以有很多開放的架子,但沒有地方掛衣服或長襯衫。保險箱和冰箱有產品可以購買,但我們用水和葡萄酒填充了它。早餐不錯,新鮮雞蛋,火腿,奶酪等。適合每個人的東西。我們8人入住,能夠找到空間坐在廚房旁邊的後房間。工作人員非常棒。對於價格和位置,我會回來,但我可能會升級到更好的房間。

Hi Valencia cancelled on me 2 weeks before the marathon despite booking with them in March. I was left with v little availability and prices twice the price ! They did however offer to pay the difference and sent me the bank transfer as proof but Guess WHAT! they recalled it and Booking.com will not compensate because they believe Hi Valencia as they showed them proof of the transfer !! Despite I have an email stating they recalled the transfer. They are thieves!!! The way I have been treated as a customer is disgraceful . I will continue to fight this which I have been for a month It’s exhausting and time consuming but I will not give up the BIT is between my teeth. So be warned avoid this property!!

我和成年的兒子從貝尼多姆坐公共汽車去瓦倫西亞,前往燃燒法拉斯“La Crema”的地點。酒店很適合芽站,因爲隔壁,外面有一個出租車站,還有對面有一個El Corte Ingles的大型購物中心。但是,在La Crema期間,通往市中心的道路都關閉了,所以我們不得不到處走,最後兩天我們完全完蛋了。穿過舊河牀,到主城需要半小時的步行。如果我再去瀑布,我肯定會呆在市中心。但是圖裏亞酒店本身是不錯的-浴室配有肥皂、洗髮水和一個小陽台。對我來說最大的問題不是水壺--我渴望在房間裏喝一杯!但除此之外,它乾淨舒適!瓦倫西亞是一個美麗的城市,如果你在法拉斯嘉年華外面,它的位置很棒,因爲我們會跳上出租車去鎮上。

Stayed here for a trip to Valencia for a wedding. Couldn't ask for a better location to explore the city. Arrived late for check in, a friendly member of staff from the restaurant below checked us in and offered to make us some food despite the restaurant being closed. The restaurant below is great too really nice fresh food and friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and the air conditioning was very good. The bathroom was a little tired but not enough to spoil the experience of the room. The cleaners were very friendly and accommodating and left the rooms really tidy. We had a late flight out and were able to leave cases at the hotel to enjoy our last day. We arrived late one night and the system to get inside the hotel was a little tricky so maybe that could be simplified. Overall I would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

There are lots of good points. The rooms are a good size, and the location is superb. We loved our view over the market square, and how close it is to the Central Market. Having a fridge in the room is really useful. We were staying there during a hot period and had big issues with the aircon switching itself off overnight. We'd switch it on, go to bed, and then wake up a few hours later roasted. The first night we thought we must have made a mistake. The second night, after it happened again and we barely slept at all, we reported the issue to reception. They didn't seem that surprised, but said that the aircon could be centrally controlled so they made a note of our room number and said they'd make sure it stayed on for our third night. Before we went to bed, we reminded reception of the issue and they assured us they would make sure the aircon stayed on all night. It won't surprise you to know we woke up at 3am absolutely sweltering, after the aircon again turned itself off. When I told the receptionist what had happened at checkout, she apologised but didn't seem to think it was that big a deal, but honestly not sleeping really did spoil our time in this brilliant city. We don't know, but suspect, that they may turn the aircon off centrally overnight to save money. Certainly a quick google shows that many Spanish hotels have been doing this. We went to the spa on our last day. The massage was really excellent. The spa itself is fine for the free session you get, but I certainly wouldn't pay 15 euro for it. Overall lots of potential here. If location is your main factor then this place is hard to beat.
