酒店在喀山火車站裡麪，一開始根本找不到，問了喀山火車站門口的保安，告訴我直走右轉才找到。而且樓下沒有英文名，完全憑感覺上樓，到了樓上看到前台和照片裏的一樣才確定是這間。（圖片是酒店門口）房間很大很乾凈，但是是在火車站裡麪，隔音不太好，一整晚都有火車站的廣播聲。熱水很大很足，好評。但是房間真的好熱，不透氣，沒開暖氣也很悶，衹能一直開着窗。缺點就是前台雖然登記複印證件資料，但是沒有給落地簽的紙，走的時候問有沒有落地簽，說沒有。其次就是寄存行李要收費（應該是前台收到自己口袋了），到的比入住時間早一個小時，問可否把行李放下來，到點再來，前台A說可以，B說不可以。倆人商量一番說得付錢，A說50盧布，我思考了下說可以。B馬上說不可以，兩個行李要500。然後我就直接說那我到點再來。以及重要提示：酒店沒有電梯！衹有曲曲折折蜿蜒的樓梯，要爬四層樓。

説真的無法想象這居然是希爾頓的服務，連我上一家住的快捷酒店服務都比他好。進門完全沒人管沒人幫忙拿行李，去到前台沒人greeting問我是不是要辦理入住，還是我主動去問的，感覺前台也不是很熱情（和我上一家住的希爾頓快捷酒店形成鮮明對比）辦理好入住到電梯口才看到一個服務生過來，唯一一個主動幫助的服務員所以我給了小費。補充用品很不方便，沒有掃碼補充的方式。優點是離火車站非常近，這也是我定這個酒店的原因，大廳氣味很好聞。

我們定的3人房，房間挺大的。地理位置也不錯，去列寧格勒火車站如果是有滾輪的箱子去也方便，從酒店走過去是要先過馬路，等你看到火車站再過馬路的話要繞一大個圈子。工作人員很好，很和善，但是你有可能會找不到酒店，酒店在公寓樓裏，你要爬5層樓梯。這個是重點，別的也沒有什麼不足的地方。還是推薦的，也可以寄存行李。
