While check in the lady on the counter asked me to write full address despite having my aadhar photocopy. She started judging us because of our look. It was disappointing but other staff and watchman was polite and helpful. Food was quite good but little expensive.

The water bottles were fully chargeable which felt very awkward while making payment for. I would recommend the travellers to opt for better properties to have better experience in dehradun.

Next day person came to ask if any requirement is there, i asked just for a bottle which was not provided at the same time, it was provided when i was passing by the reception, rest all was good.

Hot water was only available from 6am till afternoon. They can improve a bit in hygiene as bed sheets were not clean and flush was not working but the hotel staff was helpful. One can find good pure vegetarian food options nearby only.

The hotel reception received us with great warmth and hospitality. The stay was short but was made memorable by the hotel staff. Thank you makemytrip and hotel v one pride. Warm regards akhil kumar. We had faced issues regarding change of dates, which was resolved immediately by makemytrip customer care service instantly.
