優點：位置：位置確實很方便，如果從希思羅坐伊麗莎白線到帕丁頓站，出站後衹用過一個馬路就可以到。離肯辛頓公園步行5分鐘。周圍的地鐵公交車路線基本可以覆蓋主要景點。服務：可以自助，前台的服務員態度總體還不錯。但是房間沒有每日打掃，第一次和前台説了更換垃圾袋登記了也沒換，第二次才換。設施：有空調，房間比較新。缺點：房間非常非常小，適合一個人住，兩個人就算了，箱子打開幾乎走不了路！而且整個衹有10間房在0層，剩下83間都在負一樓！！相當無語！前面住了四天後去愛丁堡，退房時特意留言説回來再入住時希望住在0層，結果是沒有！還換了一間更遠的，從進電梯開始就要進入n道門，走至少5分鐘才能到大廳！！推着箱子還要刷卡，很不方便！

房間和浴室整體乾淨，但水壺看起來沒洗乾淨，需要重複清洗和燒水。在我們入住的五晚期間，房間外的走廊到處都是垃圾。地理位置超便利，步行兩分鐘即可到達交通便利的帕丁頓火車站。即使房間面對馬路和車站，白天和晚上都很安靜。下午三點以後，辦理入住手續的隊伍很長，人工辦理速度也很慢。自助入住機據說可以正常使用，但輸入訊息後卻一直顯示錯誤訊息。設施很簡陋，沒有牙刷套裝（倫敦飯店通常不提供牙刷嗎？），沒有迷你冰箱，也沒有上鎖的保險箱。房間裡的免費無線網路速度慢得令人難以忍受，即使瀏覽網頁也會卡頓。需要額外付費才能使用更快的網路。飯店應免費提供至少5-10Mbps的網路速度。

周邊交通出行太方便，從帕丁頓車站出來過條馬路往前走100米-200米左右就到了。耗時約2-3分鐘。酒店的房齡應該很高，設施設備都很舊。住的單人房，房間非常小但是配備比較齊全。這裏不是所有房型都有電梯直達，有些衹能走樓梯，樓梯非常非常陡且窄，對拉箱子不是很友好。服務人員態度很周到。整體來説這個地理位置和價格還是比較合適的，就是真的設施老舊了些。
