我和家人在這裏住了幾天。這家酒店沒有僅僅因爲客人沒有要求而化妝。他們在入住時從未提前通知我是否必須在中午之前要求化妝室。從那裏, 我問前台,新的毛巾,把房間裏的垃圾桶裏的垃圾清理掉。 前台女士(2022年9月24日下午3點左右,星期六)告訴我把毛巾和塑料袋送到我住的房間,然後讓我把塑料袋裏的垃圾桶倒空。 在我住過的任何酒店裏,這對我來說都是沒有經驗的經歷。

酒店靠展館附近參加展會非常方便，有免費的咖啡和熱水喝，這點非常贊，游泳池環境也挺好，嗯，考慮我有幾個大行李箱，提供了一樓住宿。外賣也很方便。但是酒店的服務態度很不好，要了一個免費的牙刷，要了兩次後還是沒有送達，最後還是自己去前台取住宿的期間有發現顧客和酒店人員的爭執。反正朱為短期的出差完全可以接受。還有就是價格有點貴，如果能便宜點最好啦。周圍不遠的地方還有便利店和餐廳，我還是比較方便。

房間特別舒服！很大的床和寬敞落地窗，洗浴用品和吹風機都很好用，浴室也方便。前台妹妹特別可靠又負責，感謝妳！而且交通比較好吧，從機場直接坐airport bus A11（38.35元）就能到，記得要提前按紅色的stop按鈕下車這樣4分鐘就走到了酒店。離開的時候也是走4分鐘到天后地鐵站，坐30分鐘地鐵可以抵達柯士甸站去過海關坐高鐵，就是這樣

萬豪春丘的房間都是差不多，有基本保證，早餐也不錯。停車費15美元一晚，跟我說check out時候收。攜程訂房時說收我擔保押金，房費前台支付，訂單完成後退回押金，但是幾個小時后攜程把擔保轉成消費了，這個倒也無所謂，到酒店后，酒店看了我的訂單說是已預付。一般來說，酒店前台應該再刷我一點incidental的金額作為擔保，但是前台也沒刷，我好奇的是他們準備怎樣收我那15美元停車費。

看了攜程的點評選擇的酒店。到拉斯的當天，降溫了，開了一夜的暖氣。酒店在硬件設施上並沒有優勢，略低於國內的一些商務快捷酒店。早餐很一般，完全是外國人的口味。但也還算能夠接受，貝果和現做鬆餅都很nice。不得不提的是酒店的後勤服務人員，前台服務一般，但是當你有問題找到後勤工作人員的時候，他們都非常熱心和友好，機場接駁車的司機也超級優秀，他會指引你到哪個航空公司辦理值機。唯一遺憾的是車停在路邊怕礙事，我未來及給他小費。總體不錯！

房間屬於一室一廳，但是攜程上寫可以4人入住有點誤導，一張大床、一個三人沙發和一個單人沙發（三人沙發是不可以變成沙發床的）如果兩個成人帶兩個孩子請問怎麼睡覺？！最多三口之家、孩子還是要用沙發當床的那種。我們是大晚上到達酒店的，也懶得再和酒店交涉➕床了。房間設施還行，廚房用品齊全，連洗潔精、洗碗機粉、廚房紙都有準備這些細節好評。另外房間無服務，沒人打掃，連換毛巾都沒。離大道7英里左右，最多10分鐘

我們在這個酒店一共住了4天3晚，但是居然沒有一次打掃！我老公很不開心，他問我是不是有種族歧視？故意不給我們房間打掃，我説有可能。其實這個酒店性價比非常高，才600+人民幣一眼，而且房間和設施很齊全，可惜沒有健身房。進入Lobby左手邊負責發放優惠訊息的中年先生超級nice，很貼心很耐心地給我們介紹附近所有訊息而且還提了中國新年快樂。我的2顆星星裏面有2顆是給他的，1顆給酒店的性價比，但是失去的2星是給不負責任的房間打掃。真的非常過分！我老公説明明看到其他房間都有幫忙打掃。 We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, but not once did they clean our room! My husband was really unhappy and he asked me if it was racial discrimination, like they deliberately didn't clean our room on purpose. I said it was possible. Actually, this hotel is highly cost - effective, only a little over 600 RMB per night, and the rooms and facilities are quite complete, except there is no gym. The middle - aged gentleman on the left - hand side of the lobby who is in charge of distributing promotional information is extremely nice. He introduced all the information about the surrounding area to us with great care and patience, and he even wished us a happy Chinese New Year. One of the two stars I gave is for him, and the other is for the hotel's cost - effectiveness. However, the two stars we deducted are due to the irresponsible room - cleaning service. It's really too much! My husband said he clearly saw that other rooms were being cleaned.
