Good Location; very nice with the pool, sauna etc. but the service could be way better. Staff doesn’t even speak German that well. Reception isn’t there 24/7. Room is very tiny, no AC, can’t close the window all the way. But all in all still an acceptable Hotel to stay in.

酒店距離市政廳步行20分鐘，在市中心溜達一天太累了，門口有有軌電車。房間很大，但是暖氣開到最大還是冷，夜裡胳膊不能出被子。臨街，窗户密封不好，好在夜裡沒有大貨車通過。服務人員態度很熱情。

入住很順利,前台接待員很好。牀很乾淨,房間整體看起來很乾淨除了一個令人震驚的細節。退房前幾分鐘,我們在衣櫃地板上發現了一個用過的月經杯。我們經過漫長的一天旅行後到達的很晚,所以我們只直接去洗澡睡覺,直到早上才注意到,這表明在我們入住之前房間沒有正確打掃。對於酒店來說,這是絕對不能接受的,也是嚴重的衛生問題。

優缺點非常明顯，性價比中等偏上。優點：火車站一出門就是，太方便了。位處老城區，步行去市政廣場等中心景區在15分鐘以內。旁邊不遠還有一個東方超市，華人開的，各種中國物品（包括方便麪、調料）都可以買到。屋內環境還算乾淨，有熱水壺，但是被子比較小。餐廳很小，但食材很豐富，早餐有三文魚和各類水果。有意思的是圖2，前台大廳放了一個兵馬俑。缺點：不像是一個商業化運營的hotel，例如沒有24小時前台，像是個温馨的家庭作坊。我們早上9:30左右到，被告知前台還沒有上班，衹有收拾餐廳的阿姨在，她人還不錯，告訴我們可以免費寄存行李，大概11:30前台才有人辦理check in?。總之就是價格貴在火車站這，但是也還算好吧。
