The tower is the #4 and the apartment the N1. The apartment first door has a code that will be given to you when booked. The second door to the tight is the one to the studio. You need to buy your own water as the tab whaler in Tulum is very bad. Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Had a lovely large and clean room. Swimming pool is gorgeous but could use a few scoops to remove the fallen leaves. Staff shined bright by their absence, breakfast at 8.00 didn't happen but much later... Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service. I ended up going to the beach on own regards. The seaweed was huge, so all this together made me relocate to other places. Non refundable hotel so be aware!
