This house is ideal for an adult family or groups of friends wanting to stay in the heart of Blenheim. Due to a few too many families who have let their children rub chocolate, ice-cream etc on couches, carpet and duvet covers, this house is only available to adults only and children over 10.The house is close to town and the many wineries that Marlborough has to offer. Percy street is a quiet suburban street yet a short walk to Countdown supermarket or the centre of town. The property is well laid out and basically furnished. The TV has all Freeview channels and Netflix available.
