Both rooms are well-equipped and have spacious built-in wardrobes to store all your luggage perfectly. It is perfect for a maximum of 5 people, as the sofa is convertible into a sofa bed for one more person.The bathroom, completely new, is perfect, large, beautiful, and very comfortable for two people to use at the same time without getting in each other's way.The kitchen is new, equipped, and very nice. The appliances are of high quality, making it the perfect place to prepare a wonderful dinner. The apartment has a total of 75 m².It is very bright, with sunlight streaming through the large window in the living room, lighting up the entire space. You won't feel hot as there is air conditioning in all rooms, and in winter, you won't feel cold, as it also has heating.The wifi connection is very good. The building has an elevator.The apartment is located in the Triana-Los Remedios area. Very central and close to all the interesting places you will want to visit. There are all kinds of shops nearby, where you can make any purchases you need, as well as many restaurants, places to eat typical Andalusian food, and places to enjoy tapas.APARTMENT RULESWe do not accept groups of young people with individuals under 25 years old.The minimum age for the group must be 25 years old for all guests staying.We do not accept guests who come to celebrate bachelor/bachelorette parties.Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.Pets are not allowed.Parties, events, and/or making noise at night are strictly prohibited.Failing to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and the loss of the deposit.We support quality tourism.

酒店在中心區步行幾分鐘到皇宮和大教堂！酒店本身也美到變成遊客打卡的一部分。酒店前台接待客人的服務人員很好。但酒店空調聲音大，酒店的燈不知道是感應有問題還是如何，帶孩子叫了客房服務在酒店吃，吃着吃着燈全滅了，娃被嚇到！開關重新按也沒反應，打給前台很快有人來看，他來到又好了（但是工程部人説西班牙語也無法溝通）。房間在一樓外面經過車就很吵，娃熬到10:40多才睡，好不容易大家都睡着，響起巨大敲門聲，客房服務人員送紙巾敲錯門又把大家都吵醒！！！很折騰的住宿體驗！！！謝謝前台工作人員給孩子修好飛機✈️

I cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure . Thanks Frank Thanks Miguel Thanks Monica Thanks everyone Rooms was bit small but not affecting your Quality The only thing has to be fixed is the sewage smill you can provide Air difusser or Auto refreshers ,
