There are a lot of love birds and aquarium in that campus. Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. |距離市中心4.72kmAs expected an old hotel but the furniture cushions were dirty. Bed, door and even the wooden floor plates were making sound. Spacious rooms but the bed edges had cracks. Mattress was ok. Almost no space available for parking the car. Swimming pool is small compared to same priced hotels. Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. Bathroom also was spacious but can be more clean. There was no view from the room, windows to be closed.

They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.
