Down the hallway you’ll find 2 inviting bedrooms, a full & half bath next to in-unit laundry.NO PARTIESWe wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for Parties or Events.THE LAYOUT:PATIO:Tucked behind a privately fenced area, this private patio offers a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the city—yet it's right in the heart of Providence. Set on a charming cobblestone surface, the outdoor space features two cozy egg chairs and a mosaic bistro table with four chairs all surrounded by the sounds and view of this river. The secondary ramp entrance is located on the side of the apartment providing easy access for guests with mobility needs.LIVING/DINING ROOM:When you walk into this apartment you’re welcomed to exposed brick walls and oversized windows. There are two sofas—including a sleeper sofa for additional guests— that are arranged around a central coffee table. Past the built-in entertainment center is the dining table that seats 6 guests and is paired with a wooden bar stocked with a Moscow mule starter kit.KITCHEN:Just past the dining area, step into the full kitchen. Featuring stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware.SLEEPING AREAS:This loft features two beautifully designed sleeping areas set against striking exposed brick walls, oversized windows, and soaring ceilings all situated beneath a continuous open ceiling that unifies the entire space creating a spacious and airy feel. (The walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling.) The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, oversized closet, desk, and additional chair, including two exits for easy access to the dining area or the full bathroom. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a wardrobe for storage, and is conveniently located off the living room.BATHROOM:There is a large full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, two shower heads, and double-vanity, as well as a half bath making this apartment perfect for all 6 guests. The whirlpool tub is deeper than a standard tub, so the edge is a bit higher when stepping in to use the shower. Our bathrooms come fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. Across from the bathrooms you’ll find a stackable in-unit washer and dryer for your own private use.THE BUILDING:This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have two free dedicated off-street parking spots in the driveway.This apartment is located in the corner of a main road which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.

Feel like you OWN the City at our Historic Foundry Loft Apartment! Located Downtown, it is the perfect walkable spot to all that the city has to offer! Take a stroll along the riverwalk, down to the waterfront and enjoy the numerous coffee and dining options as you soak in all that Providence has to offer! The historic foundry building has a loft-like feeling inside its tall open ceilings. Walking distance to the train (8-min walk), RISD, Statehouse & College Hill. Easy Access to 95, 195 & 146.NO PARTIESWe wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large gatherings/events.THE BUILDINGThe apartment is a studio loft so there are no walls separating living space from sleeping space. The Riverfront Loft boosts beautiful high ceilings and original brick walls from when this building was an industrial foundry. It has tons of windows that let in natural daylight. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no other apartment above it, you will need to go up 2 wide staircases to get to the apartment. The apartment is for up to 2 guests only. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.COOKING-INThe kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine-out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 stools for at counter dining. There is also a large table with 2 chairs where you can dine and/or work.THE LOFT LAYOUTThe space has a small couch with a SmartTV that can be seen from various angles, a queen size bed, and vintage wardrobe. The bathroom is large and has a 20ft ceiling with chandelier! The walk-in full-size shower has 2 glass doors. The apartment has air conditioning and heat, as well as brand new windows. Some windows have blinds while others have room darkening curtains.PARKINGThere is parking in the driveway for one car.We have one free dedicated off-street parking spot in our driveway. You may need to parallel park.The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a semi busy road.

酒店的位置不錯，走過一個街區就有商場和Cheesecake Factory。大堂漂亮、前台接待也挺友好，等候區還有熱咖啡和熱茶。衹是拿到的房間望出去讓人心塞，不曉得為什麼給我這樣一個房間，無語😓房間倒是很大，還有個連通衞生間的壁櫥暗門，小朋友覺得很新奇。沒有拖鞋，床單上有頭髮，還好衹住一個晚上。沒有風景的房間影響了入住體驗。

酒店地理位置超級棒,離普羅維登斯火車站步行就到5-minute。酒店前台接待員很nice,幫我們辦理入住過程很快,洗衣機和烘乾機設施位於7樓。30分鐘使用費用2美元(需要在前台更換四分之一硬幣。前台還提供洗滌劑,費用2美元)。房間很大很舒適,特大牀特別大,沙發牀沒那麼舒服但是毯子很舒服日本超市丸一步行距離就到,賣冷凍、新鮮食品、雜貨,準備吃壽司和米飯。酒店工作人員建議去1英里外的Trader Joe's,多吃水果和蔬菜選擇。7-Eleven就在拐角處24小時運行,購物很方便。早餐種類繁多:麥片,百吉餅,吐司,煎餅,果汁,咖啡,水果,酸奶,香腸,煎蛋或煮雞蛋。從酒店步行到布朗大學和RISD只需要10分鐘,沿途有很多陡峭的斜坡,但從制高點看城市景色非常美。強烈推薦入住如家套房

房間正南。酒店位置好，陽光也好。這次住的時間較長，竟然同意免了所有的停車費（不便宜哈）。因為有事不得不提前二天離店，按照規則是不退款的，攜程客服幫忙溝通，也同意了。房間打掃服務不是每天都提供，除非你和前台提出要求。沒熱水壺，亞洲人或者中國人不方便，我努力入鄉隨俗，店家也應當周到細緻。西方的酒店設備和服務都沒有辦法和中國比了，但萬豪旗下品牌，還是可以的。

A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.
