This is a very nicely done studio with its own separate entrance, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. We have Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video. Very quiet and very safe. We live above but we are very quiet.You can access the unit with the lockbox code. You don't need to interact with us unless you would like to. You'll have access to the unit as well as the on-site laundry.Forest Hill is a lovely neighborhood of homes built in the 1925's. It is in the middle of SF and just West of Twin Peaks. It is mainly owner-occupied, an upper-middle-class area that is safe and secure with lots of street parking. As in its name, lots of trees!The MUNI subway stop is 3 blocks away and will take you to the center of town in 15 minutes.
