Wake up each morning to expansive views of Mount Sopris and the Roaring Fork River Valley through the large picture windows or breathe in the fresh mountain air from the wrap-around deck. The main level boasts a large open-concept living and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen, two dining tables and a large kitchen island. Settle into the living room with cozy sofas and a large HDTV, or enjoy listening to music from the Sonos speakers or vintage record player in the sitting area. 酒店的位置非常好，附近有很多商場，樓下就有餐廳、chemist warehouse和woolworths，非常便利！我們是自駕游，停車也很方便，隔壁就有停車場！最重要的是我們來墨爾本跨年倒數，在酒店房間就可以看到跨年煙花，超棒的！而且從酒店走去港口那邊，也是幾分鐘的步行距離，超近的！ 房間很大，裡面有微波爐、冰箱和電水壺，也有餐具，在房間裡面吃東西也非常方便～ 唯一一處不好的地方，就是沒有人來搞衛生，沒有人來倒垃圾，我們每天出門前就把垃圾放在房間門口等人收。 如果下次再去墨爾本，還會再選擇這家酒店！

房間很大，視野相對比較開闊，附近也是我也認為是比較安全的地方，我很喜歡這個位置，而且周圍好幾個cafe（這也是我喜好的重要原因，能吃到早飯喝到咖啡太重要了），如果不是遇到了幾個問題，我真想在這裏多住幾天的。 問題一，服務非常奇怪。我覺得不是差，而是太超前了。你見過走進房間電視大屏幕上寫着你名字的嗎？或者你見過酒店房間裏沒有電話，溝通是通過掃二維碼的嗎？我還以為自己是跟bot聊天，結果問樓下服務員，原來是跟真人聊天。我真的是，滿頭大汗？ 二，設施相對陳舊，比如，沒有插頭轉換器的我完全充不了電，插座連USB接口也沒有，這讓我挺為難的。酒店服務生説插頭都被借走了，蠻正常的，但是你們可以要求還回來呀😂 三，浴室門的位置有點奇怪，感覺在跟房間門打架。這個設計真的很敗筆，重新設計下呢要不？ 有爐灶可以做飯，也有碗杯，挺温馨的。 我感覺不是充電問題我都不想走，但這個問題對我來説是硬件問題，如果有轉換器的朋友們可以忽略。

我在墨爾本泛太平洋酒店有着非常美妙的體驗。免費的代客泊車服務極其便利，對於短暫停留的客人來説尤其如此。從我抵達的那一刻起，前台接待人員和禮賓部工作人員就帶着熱情的笑容、以真誠友好的態度迎接我，讓我感到備受歡迎且安心。 我對床上用品提出了特殊要求。通常情況下，其他酒店會在我辦理入住手續後才安排客房服務，這會佔用我享受住宿時光的空閑時間，而且讓我在抵達後無法立即休息。但在泛太平洋酒店，所有的一切甚至在我踏入房間之前就已經預先安排好了。我在辦理入住後就能馬上休息。 酒店的熱線服務也很棒。工作人員説的英語清晰明瞭，音質無可挑剔，即便對於非英語母語者來説也很容易溝通。我由衷地讚賞工作人員展現出的那種願意解決問題的態度，而不是找理由拒絕合理的請求。這種通情達理的態度讓我的住宿更加愉快，也給我留下了深刻的印象。

因為朋友家在對麪apartment，所以選擇訂了這家酒店，古建築的外觀，但是實際客房部是住在後麪那幢樓，一層有很多客房，所以房間很小，不過挺乾淨的，熱水很大，反正也就每天回來睡個覺而已，地段不錯出行挺方便的

我們對這個酒店的管理非常非常失望。 預訂了七個房間，選擇了雙床（可大床可雙床），1.13號聯繫攜程客服做了變更，變更為2個大床，四個雙床，1個三人間。攜程客服與酒店溝通後回覆郵件説已經做好了變更，變三人間的現場付款即可。在入住的前一天，我們專門打電話給酒店預訂部，和前台，結果他們都不知道房型變更的事，我們通過電話又説明瞭情況，他們説記錄下來了。傍晚，我們不放心，有工作人員專門去酒店前台，又做一次確認，酒店前台竟然還説不知道這個情況，不過可以記錄下來，現場做了記錄需要的房型，然後我們還繳納了升級三人間的費用，心想這下總沒問題了吧，結果第二天客人辦理入住，還是有間客房弄錯，把床留成了大床，最後協調半個多小時才又給換了房！！這種管理怎麼能評上五星酒店？？？

確實還挺棒的，行政房整體空間很大，很新，乾淨，床品是棉麻的，有環保理念，早晨和下午的陽光都可以曬進來，但窗簾卻又很遮光，茶葉有中式的小罐，推薦茉莉花，很香，茶杯也很有質感，早餐略少，但是酒廊可以從早到晚都用，酒和飲料種類多，連住會幫忙鋪夜床做清潔，服務生都很年輕很nice，前台休息的地方，審美很好。

Location，location，location！！ Novotel on Collins的位置實在太優越了！ 大部分的景點（NGV、圖書館、車站、聖保羅教堂）都在很短的步行距離；市中心的購物羣（Myer、David、Emporium、QV等）就在背後；Royal Arcade緊緊挨着，是那種隨時可以出門開逛的節奏。 設施：Reception在3樓，前台幫我換了頂樓14層靠馬路的房間，就在Tiffany正對面。 服務：早餐還不錯，可以自助鮮榨蔬果汁，特別喜歡芹菜。 整體很滿意；下次來應該還是會考慮這裏。

這個價格在city算是比較正常的。我入住的第二天黴黴演唱會開始，於是city房價大漲。房間蠻不錯的，地毯能看出酒店開業時間是不短的，大堂，電梯，走廊都挺不錯的。我訂的這間，有單獨的一個衣帽間➕mini bar在一起，挺棒的。不過忘了拍照，就拍了個床。房費按金問題之前看有人説會很難退，但是我的在離店大概不超過2個小時信用卡就撤銷了預授權。這點還是很棒的。這邊出行也挺方便的。旁邊還有F1賽道。

位於南十字車站對面，Sky Bus 總站也在車站裡面，街口即有電車，交通很方便。接待櫃檯服務很好，我們約13:30抵達，讓我們提早辦理入住，安排了面對車站的房間。洗臉盆的排水很慢，我第二天跟櫃檯反應以後，約莫10分鐘，維修人員即抵達房間處理。 每天早餐的菜色，基本上都一樣，外面附近商店很多，是否要訂包含早餐的費用，視個人所需吧！ 唯一讓人有點不愉快的是，當初訂房時已經訂包含早餐的費用，辦理入住手續的時候，櫃檯人員完成登記以後，跟我說房費不含早餐，還好我帶了列印出來的確認信函，他處理以後說有包含早餐，去吃早餐的時候報房號即可。結果隔天去吃早餐，接待人員詢問有沒有餐券，我跟他說入住櫃檯說報房間號碼即可，他就跟我們進去。再來隔天換了個女的，名單上查不到我們的資料，打電話去入住櫃檯詢問，然後說我們的訂房不含早餐，後來入住櫃檯又馬上打回來，說有包含早餐，早餐櫃檯人員說要我們去入住櫃檯跟他要隔天的早餐券，我們吃過早餐以後去找入住櫃檯人員，跟他講了情況，他就寫了一張早餐券給我們，這算是這次入住的小插曲吧！

設施：酒店設施比較齊全，就是作為希爾頓房間內沒浴缸，面積也不大，好在房間內設施比較新。 衞生：衞生打掃的不錯，客房服務人員能及時清理衞生。 服務：酒店房內不自帶拖鞋，但是問前台要可以很快的送來。早餐廳菜品不算多，純白人餐，但還算精緻。明檔可能定期換菜單，入住期間衹有歐姆雷蛋。值得一説的是咖啡：免費的衹有咖啡粉沖泡的咖啡，現做的5刀一杯。 環境：訂的標準大和高級大景觀區別不大，一個對着塗鴉牆的街道，一個對着空調機組，可能高級房型景色更好。

因為離朋友家步行距離內有且僅有這一家酒店，所以總共住了4晚訂單為2+1+1,第一天入住前在信用卡收了房費和100澳刀按金，第四天去前台續房卡（不續開不了門）前台已經知道了這是個prepaid的訂單還問是不是在原信用卡扣款（第四晚換了預訂人名字但是不換房間並且在訂單備註了extend stay），我認為在prepaid之後酒店可能因為換了預訂人名字還要再收取按金，就回到了“是”，結果不久後前台又在信用卡再次扣款157澳刀，晚上回到酒店打電話給前台，前台説可能是按金讓明天找經理，第二天退房很早前台沒有上班，短訊與酒店協商酒店説我定了兩次房間，在前台定了一次然後過了兩小時又在攜程定了一次，簡直無賴到家了，我在攜程訂房間明明提早一晚預訂的，第二天9點多才去前台續房卡。溝通無果衹好找攜程，打算攜程如果也協商無果就上酒店官網發投訴信，經攜程反覆溝通多次，酒店才説是“溝通誤會”同意退款。建議同胞們外出的時候一定要多查看信用卡訊息，及時並堅決維護自己的合法權益，讓T雞M狗之輩無處遁形。

酒店在布中心，交通很方便，附近有大量餐廳，晚上也頗旺。可是酒店不是在Little Collin Street 上面，而是從Lt Collin Street再轉入一條小巷。如果拿很多行李的話可能少許不便。不過酒店這次可以很早入住（早上九點已經可以），實在方便不少。也很近唐人街，吃飯購物，坐免費電車都超方便。
