This is a special family home in the Tahuna Hills area overlooking the stunning Tahunanui Beach. It is approximately a 15-minute walk to the beach and shops or 5 minutes in the car. It is 8 minutes from the centre of Nelson City. The house was built about 15 years ago and has a great kitchen and bathroom with modern facilities and appliances. The design is an open plan with a pleasant deck with barbeque for outdoor dining. The house is very warm and sunny, with a nice garden and lawn area. The back area is fenced for children. There is drive-on access and parking off-road. We have toys and games for families. Nelson is famous for its lovely beaches, highest sunshine hours, great markets, and wonderful wine. The Abel Tasman National Park and Kaiteriteri are about a 45-minute drive away.Rules: Smoking is allowed outside only Pets are allowed with prior approval No partiesWe provide duvets, duvet covers, pillows, tea towels, dishcloths, and hand towels.
